  Homely. Friendly and helpful staff

  Nice, cozy rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice location. Breakfast is nice. The rooms are well kept. Homely atmosphere.Walking distance from the beach. There is a spa located opposite the hotel. Great service. Food is really good. Especially their Fresh Lime Soda.

  Nice stay

  Hotel is nice, location is perfect, service is also good, perfect hotel to stay for couples and family, only problem is hotel don't have parking space otherwise hotel is perfect for stay located in the heart of city and very near to beach

  Good location, bad management

  We had booked 2 rooms- 1 double bed room and another family room with 2 double beds for 2 nights. I had already stay in this hotel in 2014 and was satisfied with the services so booked it again without any research. The location is very convenient, its in white town and Aurobindo ashram and the promenade beach is walking distance. The size of the rooms are good, especially the family room but very poorly managed. The bed sheets and blanket cover were dirty and tore at many places. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The intercom and TV in the family room were not working and even after complaining only the TV was repaired. The roof of first floor had a leak and the corridor was wet because of that leak. A shabby rug was left on the corridor floor to absorb the water. The compliment breakfast was OK, will suggest to keep a toaster for breads, especially when the butter served is cold and include eggs in the menu. The housekeeping staff is cordial but the management need to maintain the place properly.

  Decent place to stay

  The hotel is located very close to Promenade Beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, and as was the bathroom. The hotel does not have a lift, which was quite inconvenient as our room was on the second floor. Parking was also an issue, the hotel does not provide any space for parking. There is an on-site seafood restaurant and the hotel is in close proximity to other restaurants.

  Very good hotel and hospitality

  Very good hotel and hospitality The rooms are clean AC is working Yes but they don't have lift They have seafood restaurant also overall experience was good from the budget hotel . The best part is this hotel is in white town
