  Great pool

  Pool was very clean and outdoor area well maintained and inviting . Great treehouses for chilling . Beer was cold . Cocktails tasty . Decent breakfast included in room price . Overall great value for money . Only downer was coffee not hot .

  our most favourite place in kep

  our 5th year at Palm house. Still an amazing, great staff and very friendly. Each time we come always clean & tidy,just a great place to be. kep needs to be advertised more to the tourists more course it is a beautiful. This hotel should always be checked out by any visitors that come to Kep. If anybody gets the privilege to meet the owner Kan on there stay, fantastic guy and very welcoming. loved it yet again .Anita & Jay.

  Lovely

  We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel. I know that most people who visit Cambodia do so on a back packing holiday and would only stay in this hotel for one to two nights or so.. Which is perfect. But I would like to let people know that myself and my wife had an unbelievable  2 week stay here. There is so much to see and do it was the perfect base. We hired a scooter and went out every day sightseeing. The hotel owner Mr Chhang is great if you need anything or need to go anywhere ask him and he can organise it.. All the staff that work there are so helpful and friendly always smiling nothing is to much trouble. The room was perfect clean and tidy, celling fan plus air-conditioning fridge tea and coffee making facility. Shower room, plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Lovely big swimming pool, With sun beds and clean towels on them every morning. Food was lovely whether breakfast lunch or evening Meal. Cooked breakfast traditional or Western juice tea coffee Fruit, Always someone behind the bar day or night. Lovely all round hotel. My wife and I never visit the same country twice.. but having said that we are coming back to the north.. If we ever came back to the south we would definitely stay here..   Not pleasant overrun with rowdy non guests in pool

  So far I am very disappointed with this potentially nice hotel Manager not around and a whole lot of very noisy teenagers turned up taking over swimming pool area Not restful at all Wanted to leave straight away Apart from that Breakfast was expensive but good Rooms ok nice looking place but wouldn't stay again unless they stop no guests from using pool Way too noisy
