  Any time we go to Breckenridge, CO we always stay at the Park Avenue Lofts. They are very nice & within walking distance to pretty much everything! We recommend the Park Avenue Lofts to all of our friends!

  Family ski holiday

  Staying in 309.Great flat and well appointed. Been to Breckenridge twice before and this is the best yet.Location location location.Minutes from the centre of town.Friendly building supervisor who always checks that we have everything. The valet ski service is great and the free parking is terrific.Very modern apartment .My only observation is why would you have a bed headboard that is very ornate but lethal to you if you hit your head against it and you can easily stab your fingers on it.Perhaps I am just clumsy.Anyway taking nothing away from the place it's brilliant and we are staying for 12 nights

  Family ski holiday

  Great location;could'nt be better.2min walk to slopes. 2nd visit to these appartments however,on this occasion appartment 204 was lacking. Remember its approx 400 per night so you expect a high standard. The apartment looks nice but attention to detail is lacking. I am trying to be fair so i will list a few things and be objective. The appartment is too hot;that is very subjective however when trying to cool the place you have no control over the heating.So you open the window and balcony door. The balcony door handle comes off in my hand and the window mechanism is broken as is the bug screen.Now that indicates heavy use which probably means we are not the only occupants that find it hot. Next;the toilet flush malfunctions.This was reported and supposedly fixed.Later in the week the flush malfuctioned again and flooded the bathroom and kitchen. Door keys keep malfunctioning and you are expected to drive to the managing agent to get them recoded. Family table was so loose it could not be used.We had to use the breakfast bar and unfortunately smashed a bowl.To our surprise this shattered into a thousand shards of very sharp glasswear. Now to the reader this may seem very minor points however,at 400 a night i expect better. Money needs to be invested to bring it up to a good standard.Better kitchen wear is required and more of it as you are always using the ancient dishwasher to clean everything. upon reporting the faults the excellent building supervisor Jim attended very quickly attended to what he could however,as stated before investment and better checks to be carried out. Please note that you have to stay 10nights to qualify for clean towels and a housekeeping clean. I have been with Great Western lodgings since 2008 and i will now go elsewhere simply because of their lack of interest in my reporting .stating that we were the first to complain.I lost my patience when the kitchen roll holder broke when i simply lifted it and it landed on my big toe.I can laugh now but it nearly broke my toe and caused discomfort for the rest of the skiing holiday.

  Great location that made everything easy!

  Private parking underground, ski rentals just outside the door (fast, friendly and at a discount), walk across the street to the ski lift (Peak 9), quick stroll around the corner to Main Street shops and restaurants (loved the Blue Stag - loud, crowded, pricey - yes - but it was a February Saturday night in Breckenridge), then back to comfy, cozy condo for drinks in the hot tub. Life is good - don't sweat the small stuff. Stay here - enjoy.

  Rental from hell!

  Friends and I booked a Downtown unit - views from private hot tub through Pinnacle/VisitBreck only to find out when we arrived that the hot tub is out of order. Pinnacle was insulting and less than helpful throughout the entire nightmare. Not once did they admit that they failed to notify us, but when I asked to have a conversation with the boss I was straight up refused. Forced to choose between a refund or a minuscule credit not nearly commensurate with the inconvenience and premium we paid, we had no choice but to leave. Also, there is nothing convenient about having your keys in Frisco. Thats just stupid. Beware.
