  Lovely guest house

  Great little guest house, down a few steps to the slightly rocky coast line with a small, swimming pool style, ladder into the sea, modern shower room. friendly staff. limited breakfast, we bought yogurt pots, muesli, and banana and had these on the terrace with their nice coffee and tea. Nice owner doing a good job of running his guest house. One very slight improvement could be a better quality mattress.

  Great little place

  I fell in love immediately with this location, it feels like a little hide away. It is clean and well located, with the sea just steps away. We are also able to walk to great restaurants. Would recommend...

  Perdika Mare - Heaven on Earth

  Perfect location. Small but very nice guesthouse, clean and cosy rooms. They serve delishes breakfeast with a seaview. Aris (owner) is an excellent host, with a great touch for details. Within hand's reach are parking, nice bar, beach chairs, rocky coast, clean water and within walking distance are market, bakery, Perdika bay with tavernas and bars. Perdika Mare is perfect escape from the everyday. I will come again to enjoy its tranquility.

  Nice stay

  The place is really cute! We got there by quad and there is a slope to get there, we had not problem going down and up! There is a spot to leave vehicles right there. The check in and out were very easy and convenient. We had a Superior Double room which had an okay size. The bathroom is small and it would be better if the door would open to the exterior. The best thing of the room is the balcony which is quite big and has an amazing sea view!! We also had breakfast there and it was nice. We are happy with our experience

  Basic with nice view

  Clean, economy guesthouse with a nice view. The breakfast is basic and a bit pricey. If I had chosen this accommodation for the price I would have been pleased. I chose it as I wanted a nice view by the sea and perhaps the photos gave a more up market impression. I believe this accommodation is suitable for those who want to spend all day and evening out and only return to shower and sleep.
