  Lovely service and spacious

  We stayed here Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised by our rooms. We had three between us and all of the were very spacious, something you don't often get. It was also well priced. The carpet, bathroom etc were all clean and it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We also had a dip in the pool which was great on a hot night. Lovely service, and a very helpful receptionist. We would stay here again.

  Good Value for money, country hospitality

  We stayed for the soccer competition so great location for any sporting event. Walking distance to IGA McDonalds and other small business. Short drive into the CBD. Country Motel, and had to explain to the kids what the service hatch was! Very clean, spacious, large room and the room config for family is double, fold out sofa and single. Fridge, ac/heater microwave , tea/coffee facilities . I get to travel a lot so thought the service was great and was impressed with the cleanliness.

  Over night stay

  The room was quite large with a queen size bed and a single bed. The heating worked well and kept the room warm. Although the decor is older it was very clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing, we didn't have breakfast which was room service with an extensive menu. Being a Friday night there was a lot of traffic which you could hear from the room but it wasn't unpleasant. All in all I would recommend this motel for comfort and value for money

  Spacious, clean & value for money

  Whilst a little dated in decor, the family room was very clean and tidy. Good beds, kids had their own bedroom and had a large bathroom. Set back off the main road so very quiet. Staff friendly too. Would stay again.

  Great stay for a work trip

  Whilst based in Shepparton for the night I came across this gem. It was well located and I had amazing service during my time there. Extremely friend reception and the room size was fantastic. Loved that there was a microwave in the room - very handy when out on the road. And the pool was amazing which is great with the hot weather this summer. I will definitely stay again in the future
