  Comfortable, clean, and convenient

  A confident stay! Our room was comfortable, clean, and very convenient, especially since we had a door opening directly to the outside, where our car was parked. Yet, it was quiet. Also, this was one hotel which made me look forward to breakfast! The kitchen lady, France, was especially professional at preparing food and keeping the dining room in top shape. Hot items were always warmed at just the right temperature so that pastries were crispy and light! Cold items were kept cool. Food was plentiful and everything was always ready. She cleaned tables and counters efficiently, too, so that we never sat down to crumbs or spills. Tableware was earthen and metal rather than disposable, adding to the atmosphere of a fine, full meal. Coffee was perfect! We also really appreciated the housekeeping staff. They worked swiftly and thoroughly, with a certain rhythm and unity as only good teams have! Yet, they also stayed out of guests' way so as not to interfere. Impressive! It seemed that the employees of this hotel genuinely enjoy working there...which always rubs off well on guests because the place carries a general sense of comfort, all around. One suggestion to the hotel: Consider using dehumidiers as the room did feel damp. One suggestion to families with kids: This hotel is located within walking distance to the ferry, so one night, we took our kids on an evening walk to the ferry terminal. They found the combination of night lights by the sea, the huge size of the boat, and the socializing with other evening strollers rather entertaining!

  Good place to stay

  We stayed 1 night Room was really nice with bar fridge Keurig coffee machine We ate in the restaurant on sight and service and food were excellent The free breakfast was the best we have had in a while with all items constantly being filled The fresh cookies were a nice bonus Overall a great stay and not having to leave hotel for meals was very convenient

  Good, standard Quality Inn Offering

  Large comfortable room, well equipped and everything worked. We ate in the restaurant attached to the Inn and had a good, reasonably priced meal. Good breakfast, no fuss. Just what we wanted from a Quality Inn.

  Stayed snowmobiling

  First of great staff and great accommodations. We had an issue with weather and had got stuck on the north side of saint lawrence and of course the next day increased higher demand for motels. The staff helped us get a room for the next night. when we got there the staff was extremely busy and efficient. great place and great restaurant and great included breakfast. Highly recommend this facility!

  Great stay

  Nice staff, quick room service. Fair value. Would stay here again. The evening staff members offered to allow us to use his computer to update our GPS. After check in I got a call from the front desk confirm the room was to satisfaction. Upon Checkout another staff member asked a second time if our stay was satisfactory. Loved the attention.
