  Distinción y lujo en Jeddah

  Fui a Arabia Saudí por Negocios, y estuve en este hotel durante 3 días. Las habitaciones son todas como suites, enormes, con acabados de lujo (muebles de primera, lámparas de cristal, cuarto de baño súper completo, cama enorme, Televisión grande de plasma...). Las instalaciones del hotel incluyen un club de fitness donde liberar tensiones del día en su sauna, baño de vapor, Gimnasio y una lujosa piscina suficientemente grande para nadar unos largos. La comida excelente y el servicio atento e inmejorable. Quiero destacar la amabilísima atención del personal del hotel que en todo momento te hacen sentir cómodo y súper atendido.

  Nice one

  One of the best. Very friendly helpful staff. Book superior room and got nice upgrade. SUITE. They allow early chexknin and late check out. Will definitely recommend this property and come back again. Thank u for everything.

  A Business Traveller's Experience

  You feel relaxed with the overall space and ambience of the hotel. The recreation facilities including an indoor swimming pool, table tennis table and gym is a delight and allows for for a good day's workout with family.

  Dirty, old and moldy

  I dropped the ring pull of a c an on the floor in the middle next to the chair to see if housekeeping would pick it up. Guess what still there two days later. The bathrooms are moldy. The rooms still have the original fixtures and fitting from what looks like the 60's. lamps plugged into either a box on the wall with the old twist dials or directly wired into the bedside table. In most of the rooms there is only one plug that you can use to charge a phone etc and its on the floor in middle of room. On two separate occasions Ive called down for a room service menu to be sent up as there wasn't a menu in the room. Asked for the steak sandwich "yes we do sandwich sir burger, club, chicken burger" can I have the steak sandwich from the room service menu " yes we do burger ...etc". you haven't got the steak sandwich then no. Anyway ordered chicken burger - worst burger Ive ever eaten, burnt bun, burnt burger. The food in the restaurant is shockingly bad. Additionally the service staff like to make you feel that it is a privilage that they are serving you. Pasta Bolognese from the ala carte swimming in watery sauce and tasteless, burgers are shockingly bad. The head waiter? was walking off with the menu while I was still ordering with him. On the 4 occasions have eaten in there its been the same.

  Excellent hotel

  This Hotel give you the best services and the best Rooms .. Deserve to be 5 star at least I found out that the Rooms, Restaurant and hotel staff are better than a lot of 5 stars hotels around the world.. My regards and thanks to all the Hotel staff
