  Terrible

  Stayed there with my 2 children. I called at 3pm because rooms are ready by then was told yes come in we have your room available. Got there had to wait over 1.5 hours to get into a room. When I got into the room there was roaches crawling on the walls. There was no phone in the room. The bathroom door was falling apart. My son pointed out no bible in the room. The floor was filthy out feet were black on the bottoms witching a few minutes of being there. It was supposed to be a king bed and was 2 doubles. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and since it has changed hands it really went downhill. The time before when I was there there was no toilet paper in the room and no trash can I was told to come get it. That is not good customer service. The last owners if I called it seemed like before I hung up the phone they were knocking on the door bringing me whatever I requested.

  Very Polite Staff and Clean Rooms

  The staff are very courteous and polite an helpful. Today I seen the manager Klalid. He is very well mannered and goes out of his way to help you with whatever need may be. I recommend staying at the extended stay hotel in Ormond Beach Florida 95 and US1. I will return to this hotel again for future visits.

  Scary!!

  You couldn't PAY me to stay in this place...disgusting ran down nasty rooms!! They are starting to remodel but should have this place closed down until finished. People are actually living in them. Shady folks lurking around all night. Whole corner of ran down motels right here....find another exit off 95!!

  Not Clean At All!!!

  The pictures are very deceiving. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the rack. TV was fuzzy like back in the day tv's with no reception. Nasty dripping water from the ceiling outside our room. Staff was ok

  Vacation in a fresh hell

  I foolishly booked this place due to having stayed in an Extended Stay America before and the price. I guess you get what you pay for. This place is a dump. Its under renovation (basically a job site). Its full of low lifes obviously living here. Its dirty. Its smelly. Its a vacation in hell and I cant get my money back so here I sit writing this review from a mesh office chair with dust on it. Stay far away!!!!!
