  Bargain Bedroom with Bountiful Breakfast!

  My husband and I stayed here for 6 days in June. We really appreciated the courteous and accommodating staff, the king-size bed, and the complimentary breakfast options. They always served either bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs or cheese omelets. The sweet buns and bread were always fresh and tasty. And, they even served breakfast burritos a couple of times... our fave! The furnishings are new and attractive, the room spacious, at a very reasonable price! Downside? No elevator.

  Disappointed

  We stayed here for one night. We reserved a king size bed room. We chose this location for 3 reasons: price, location, and a late night stay over. The t.v. didn't work and the bed sheets were dirty. We were disappointed for this being a fairly new hotel. The morning of check out we expressed our concerns and got an I'm sorry (at least we received something). The breakfast area is small and basic what you would expect from a budget hotel. Overall the hotel appeared to be clean. Check In and Check out were easy. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to most of the restaurants.

  LONG NEEDED BREAK

  I was taking a much needed weekend away and found this hotel. After reading the reviews here I decided to book a premium room. I will use this hotel again. Room is very clean, the lobby was clean and no strange smells,breakfast waffle was fun to make and very tasty. I fixed breakfast and brought it back to my room. The hotel is very quite considering that it's only a block from the freeway. I don't mind not having the pool or the gym. Kam at the front desk is very nice and very helpful. I had to make some changes and when I called his answer was "that isn't a problem, I can do that for you". I will defintley stay here again.

  Ok, but could improve....

  First let me say that we truly appreciate the Red Roof chain in that there is no pet fee. Well done! For this location: Pros: Friendly staff, very clean, affordable, standard hot breakfast items... Cons: Somewhat thin walls/ceilings, zero room decor (save for a poorly placed low quality photo), barely passable bed comfort, and... the most difficult: room lighting. No lamps whatsoever, only overhead recessed bright white lighting. If you're stopping for sleep only, aren't super sensitive about your mattress and are lucky enough to not have active neighbors.... this will do.

  Very Nice Stay and Great Service

  This was our first stay at Red Roof Plus. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room.The staff was very nice, the room was spotless.Great customer service, clean and great facility, fair price with great bonus's. The hotel overall met our expectations. Everyone was very helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to stay here and look forward to our next opportunity. I recommend this property to anyone!
