  An excellent hotel outlet

  Great location, superb conference facilities, perfect for company and private occasions. Nice breakfast and dinner, trendy á la carte options, good room, big wellness area and separate Balaton beach reserved for guests!

  We stayed four nights.. and our stay was made fabulous by the friendly staff and amazing services.. the food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing.. although the drinks are a-bit pricey.. another down side is that the towels to the wellness facilities are only issues once.. although I managed to get another on the second day.. Overall I would surely visit again.

  Still our favorite place at Balaton

  We regularly visiting this hotel since 7 years (approx), this fact itself is self-explanatory. Good points: -Last year I wrote a review here. We returned one year later and they corrected all my listed improvement points! Wow. -The kindness of the staff. By now I should list them by names, but I dont want to leave out anyone. Really, all the staff is above expectations: cleaning workers, waiters, waitresses, receptionists... everyone. -Own beach (renovated now). 150 m away from hotel, with a nice bar. - New furniture at the terrace of our room. Much comfortable. - Great breakfast, even better dinner. - Inner swimming pools has warmer water now (around 29-30 C). So if the weather is not nice at the lake you can stay inside, even small kids wont freeze out. -Kidless/Quiet time in the spa. I also have a son, and still fully agree with this. (Evening and morning, so your kid would go for dinner anyway ) - Kidless area in the restaurant. - Kids animation opportunities with nice animator. Improve please: - During our stay, the fire alarm started to work at night. Twice. Both were false alarms. Its loud and scary. During the last 7 years it never happened. Now it happened twice. - Parking near the lake is a nightmare in general. The hotel has its own parking place. Some for free, but the closed one has an additional fee. Its really just 2000 HUF per day and safe and at least we have somewhere to park, but its interesting that you have to pay it in a hotel where the prices are 4 stars. - The sink in the suit is small and the water pipes somehow can let the water leave very slowly. Same is true for the shower. These are small things to mention, all in all this place is sparkling clean and beautiful, highly recommend.

  Conference & Wellness Hotel

  Vast rooms, kind staff, splendid food, small swimming pool, not really for swimming but rather for bathing. The only objection: no room cleaning, during your stay nobody will clean your room, but you can ask for clean towels at the reception desk.

  perfect weekend

  I can only confirm what the other guests of the hotel already wrote. It was an incredible staying with super good food and a nice wellness center. No wonder that we had the same great time at Zichy hotel this summer since is the same brand. Congrats to the management.
