  Muy buen Hotel recomendado

  Este hotel es muy bueno las instalaciones están excelentes, las atenciones son muy buenas, queda cerca de de un mall en caso que quieras comprar, un poco retirado del aeropuerto pero si la distancia no les afecta es muy buena opción, el lugar es muy tranquilo. La habitación que es un estudio cuenta con su cocina completa no le falta nada, mi esposa y yo lo disfrutamos.

  A traumatizing experience

  The thermostat didn't work in the room i checked in, so we were switched to another room. Then the second room smelled like cigarettes, so I got switched to another room. So the last room I moved into, I was downgraded to a studio (I have originally booked a one-bedroom suite. Because I have this issue with insomnia, I made sure to book a one-bedroom suite so that I could get an extra space from my boyfriend if I fail to fall asleep). Thinking the downgrade is much better than feeling cold and shivering all night, I decided to stick with the studio. This whole process so far has not been pleasant, but everything so far was somewhat thinkable. I was upset I was not able to fully rest in the best condition possible, but these things can happen. But what happened to me next is beyond frustrating and infuriating. At 4:30 am in the morning, I hear the door clicking and somebody coming in. The front desk has issued a stranger the card access to my room!!!!! Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to the sound of your hotel room door flinging open and footsteps inside. That just happened to me last night. Just when you think you have a room/home of your own away from home-it is not. What procedures do they use to verify the room key and or vacancy? This is at fault.I usually use the deadbolt and latch, but since I was switched around so much and had so much stuff to move around, I seem to have forgotten.But still, how would I have imagined somebody would have access to my room? I talked with the manager on the following day. And after telling her what happened, she responded, "so what can we do?" Isn't there any protocol as to what she can do to compensate for the traumatizing event as I was in an apparent danger. I responded I don't know? And she kept on going saying that's when the deadbolts come in handy. She asked me where I made the reservation and I responded "hotels.com" and she told me I'd better make a reservation through Residence inn's official website. Why does she even care which website I use to make reservations? She gave me a refund for the night, but I am still left unpleasant with the whole experience plus how she dealt with me.

  Wonderful front desk staff

  They open bar 6-7:30 and the staff are very friendly, wonderful stay Dominique and Anneshia were particularly amazing. Thank you both for a wonderful stay! The selection is actually pretty good, and rooms are very spacious. I highly recommend this place for your next travels.

  Extended stay

  I stayed there for 2 plus months. I give the kitchen staff 4 stars and Annesha@themix 4 stars as well. They were always friendly and on point. The front desk staff was wonderful as well. Housekeeping not do much on point but friendly yes! More will come later re this extended stay. I just wanted to take the time out to acknowledge Some of the positive things from the Hotel.

  Friendly top notch staff

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Justin and Aminah, 2 of the staffers that work here. Breakfast 2 go in this covid era just makes sense. Thank you to Justin especially for making my stay here pleasant and bearable during work. Ill be seeing you guys again soon. Amazing service and attention to detail. Immaculate rooms and great pricing. Highly recommend!
