  Enjoyed our stay

  This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room and everything was neat and clean. The bed was just right amd I loved the pillows. We were on the first dloor at the back of the building, so we didn't hear much noise. Breakfast was provided and had a good variety on the buffet. Didn't care for the coffee, but they had juice and tea options. The Belgian waffles were tasty. We woild stay here again.

  Friendly staff and nice location

  Room was clean and neat, well equipped and convenient. The front desk staff was exceptional and everyone we encountered that worked there was welcoming and helpful. A great place to hang your hat for a couple of days!

  A bit tired and ill-prepared

  After having o change our travel plans and drive back to our home town due to flight cancellations, we chose this property as our last night. I was greeted by a very friendly host who apprised me of our options for limited breakfast options. What surprised me was the lack of hand sanitizer, the failure on the part of the staff member to use hand sanitizer when returning my ID and credit card and the offer of a hot breakfast sandwich prepared in the kitchen. On our two previous nights (Amarillo Airport Fairfield Inn and the Gallup, NM Springhill Suites) there were hand sanitizer stations EVERYWHERE! The only breakfast options were prepared bags with pre-packaged items. Staff liberally used hand sanitizer. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, it was in need of some improvements, but for a one night stay it was adequate. Knowing what I know now I would probably choose another property in the future.

  Clean, but dated.

  This Residence Inn by Marriott is clean, but dated. Housekeeping pays attention to detail however they need to replace the dish towels, they smell. Additionally, I had to have the bed linens changed as I found them stained. Some tripping hazards with scattered rugs. The exterior of the hotel is severely neglected with grass over grown. The pool is closed which is unfortunate and the breakfast is grab and go. Cop out from my standpoint. Disappointed in Marriott overall.

  Large rooms and excellent staff

  This facility was really nice for the 5 day stay we had. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is dated though it is clean and safe. The rooms offer full kitchen amenities which is great with an extended stay.
