  Muy tranquilos y bien atendidos

  Habitación principal agradable, perfecto estado y con bonitas vistas. Pero la de los niños es el garaje transformado en habitación y sin baño. Estaba bien calentito y acomodado pero algo incómodo tener que salir de la habitación y dejar la principal abierta para que pudieran ir al baño. Pudimos jugar bien a tennis. Nos prestaron raquetas y pelotas. Al ser invierno no nos bañamos en la piscina pero me pareció correcta y al estar al lado del rio es agradable.

  Stunning location, beautiful accomodation and attentive service

  Loved my stay at Riverside, it ticked all the boxes and more. Micheal was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely - clean, tidy and really well appointed. The views stunning and facilities of pool (heated) and tennis court were great on a hot summers day. Really close to Matakana and all the action - with beaches to chose from close by. Highly recommended - we will be back. Thanks Micheal(s) and Jack and Sam, you made our trip just perfect.

  Loved it!!

  If you like kayaking, swimming, tennis, walking, petanque, great views, friendly people and lovely accommodation then this is the place for you. We stayed only two nights and wish we had stayed longer, but we went for a lovely paddle up and down the estuary. We played tennis and swam in the perfectly heated pool, and enjoyed the great little house with everything we needed right there. The staff were just lovely. Highly recommend this place, it is a gem. Great for families and for couples. I want to go back.

  The perfect set up for a large group

  We had a weekend away at Riverside Matakana for my 50th with 19 of our friends. From the moment I enquired, the responses were prompt and positive and nothing was an issue. We had 5 of the chalets to ourselves, our own privacy for two dinner parties we had alfresco onsite, everything we needed in terms of kitchen facilities and the layout of the chalets worked great. Michael and his team were excellent to deal with and he had even mowed the lawns around our cluster of chalets, and thought about other details (more fridge capacity etc) for our stay that we may need. The tennis court made for extra fun (with Pimms!) with a group and the swimming pool facility was well maintained. This is a great spot for small or large groups. Although there are other chalets on the property, they are cleverly located in clusters of 5 from each other. Such a great property!

  Wonderful

  We had a lovely greeting from Michael and quickly settled into our lovely accommodation. Nothing was left undone and the facilities were superb. My goodness the views were stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool the setting and the outdoor living ambiance. Well done to all. What a wonderful place.
