  beautiful place to stay

  this place is very beautiful and rooms were great. there is nothing i can point out because hotel it self was perfect. people in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. every room have own heaters and bathrooms also very spacious. food also not bad. they have different variety of option for foods. me and my family were so satisfied with their service. even though they have perfect garden in front of the hotel. this place very free and calm and everything are perfectly connected. lovely!!! no words.

  The Perfect place for a Family Vacation

  The stay at Royal Cacoon was amazing. starting from the food to the great service of the staff, this place is such a wonderful place to stay.. the staff would go outta the way to make the guests feel welcomed & i love the cleanliness of this place.

  Ideal a place in the hills for a vacation with extended family

  It will be hard to improve on Royal Cocoon for a family vacation with the extended family. The location perfect, the facilities excellent, staff one of the best, if not the best and food very tasty. The staff was ever attentive to our needs, nothing was impossible, the food prepared was absolutely fantastic and they were ever so humble. Will definitely stay there again. We stayed for 2 nights from 11th Oct and occupied the whole bungalow.

  Exciting stay at Nuwara Eliya

  Though Nuwara Eliya town area is a busy place, the bunglow located in a very quiet area at walking distance to the main town. The garden is been maintained with great effort and gives an excellent experience. The staff including the chef was very poilite and their first priority was to keep the guests happy. They did an excellent job with the highest level of hospitality. It is our duty to specially thank Vinod, Hariharan, Soundararajan and Siffon.

  Fab property. The best service. Def visit

  We were 4 families with kids and took up the whole property and had the best time ever. The team made sure we were looked after and the food made by the chef was always lip smacking good. The team went out of their way to make our stay feel like home . They have a great location close to the town and parks. Highly recommend.
