  Nice but no people

  I spend two night there, nice big deluxe room on 6th floor . Room Was comfortable and Very clean, Girls in reception nice and helpful they speak Good English. Swimminpool Was disapointed ....little green water and no shade or not even chairs to lye down....they should not addvotice that at all. Breakfast Was Good asian style and dinner Was good too. Walking distance from beach and local restaurants .

  Outdated and overrated

  This hotel offers basic clean rooms and that's about it. It is at best an average 3-star hotel and certainly not a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is basic and is served in an annex of which the windows haven't been cleaned for years. Not inviting. Very few of the staff speak English and those who do understand just a few words. There must be better hotels in this city.

  Filthy, empty, dishonest staff.

  When we arrived in Tuy Hoa we were tired and this was the first hotel we saw. The front desk gave us a rate that was over our budget so we were leaving to go elsewhere when they stopped us and offered us a room for 200000 dong - I figured this was too good to be true, but when we went to the room we figured it was because there must have been a flood or something as the entire floor of smelled of mould. For one night, and at that price we decided to suck it up and stay. This hotel is filthy, as another reviewer said the windows haven't been cleaned in years. Well, neither has the rest of the place. Dead bugs everywhere, several cockroaches in our room, other guests left overs all over the place, and the smell of mould everywhere. I walked up to three of the other floors to see if it was just ours - no, the entire hotel is dirty with random bits and pieces in the hallways, bad smells, and just general disarray. I kind of thought maybe they were in the midst of a half complete renovation. Anyways, when we went to check out they demanded 1000000 Dong instead of the 200000 originally discussed. The front desk apologized on behalf of the previous days staff who were not authorized to offer us that rate. At this point I'd had enough, reached over the counter into the drawer and took the passport envelopes, found ours, and tossed the money on the counter and then just left. I highly advise fellow travellers to stay away - there are a few other hotels in town that appeared to be much busier and in better shape. The town itself is a nice, quiet place - a good rest stop if you're riding the country... but this hotel is a huge miss.

  The hotel is 4 stars however it's kind of old and damp. The smell generally is not very pleasant, but after a while you might kind of get used to it Be careful of the taxi drivers, they sometimes will not give you the right amount of changes! Staff at the reception were very very nice and patient to explain everything about directions and help us to travel by train! Very appreciated. This is a very small town and not much to see. People generally not speaking much English but very nice!

  Good 4-star hotel for 1 night stay with tight budget

  Good 4-star hotel for 1 night stay with tight budget. The hotel is good enough for 1 night stay to reach the flight next morning. A bit old but still good and meet the standard requirement for guests.
