  Wonderful place

  I'm sad. Last night was my final night of staying at Blue Sky. I was needing to get away to complete some work and to de-stress. Upon arrival I immediately felt like I was at home. The room was immaculate and the employees were very accommodating. The room was charming and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep only to be awakened to breakfast being delivered to our door. It was so peaceful, I have to admit that what I was mistaking as noisy morning guests were employees going above and beyond for all guests in the morning.  Perfection! Especially the apricot jam.. Tranquil and serene, I was able to finish work and enjoy the area on my short stay in Taos. Blue Sky is my new favorite place. I can not wait to return! Thank you to everyone who made the enjoyment of our stay possible.

  Blue Sky Stay

  My husband and I were planning a couple days of skiing in Taos. We had a room at Hampton Inn booked as that is where I normally stay when traveling for work or pleasure however due to a bad experience at Hampton Inn Utah I canceled the reservation and opted for the Blue Sky Retreat and I am SO glad I did. Before we arrived I contacted the owner about breakfast timing and she agreed to try to get breakfast to us early so that we could leave to ski at 8:00. Then she upgraded us to a king sized room. With our check in instructions she told us they offered dinner delivered to our room of which we took advantage of and it was fantastic! There is no way we could have received a dinner of better quality at any restaurant. Totally made our evening! THEN, we slept great in a very comfortable bed. The linen and pillows were of superior quality and smelled so fresh. Breakfast arrived at 7:00 am by the owner herself and was once again fantastic! From start to finish we were treated with a personal touch as if we were the only guests. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the grounds around our room! Truly our best ever hotel/bnb experience. We will definitely be back!

  A retreat from reality

  From the food to the fireplace, my stay at Blue Sky had everything I could have wanted for a long weekend away from the world. The full moon was especially gorgeous over the mountains, and hiking trails were just a few minutes walk away! Easy access to Taos, beautiful drives in and out of the area - definitely will be back again.

  Amazing place!

  I definitely want to come back with my family and friends and also with a group of students for retreat experience. Amazing location, wonderful hike trails nearby, excellent food from Marina, very cozy and clean rooms. I had an incredible time in Blue Sky retreat center.

  A Lovely Escape

  We were only able to stay one night but we would love to have stayed longer. Our room had everything we needed and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The whole experience was contactless, even with breakfast delivered to our room (vegetarian and gluten free at our request). It felt totally safe, but we were sad that we couldnt meet the staff and be in the common areas with other travelers. We would love to stay there after the COVID restrictions are no longer necessary. The setting was peaceful and pretty. Lots of birds, a labyrinth, a slack line to try out. Definitely recommend it!
