  The toilet and shower was filthy, even though we had to wait hours for them to clean the chalet. Neighbors played loud music during the night. There is no closed security gate at the entrance to the property to monitor who enters. The kettle plug barely reaches the wall and there is no cutlery or plates to use.

  Can be Great in Bloemfontein

  We stayed over for one night in the self catering chalets. The service at reception was efficient and friendly. The chalet itself is comfortable but the king size bed although very comfortable doesn't leave much space in the bedroom. We were glad to have aircon in all the rooms. Overall the unit was clean and I really enjoyed the shower. Sangiro has a surprisingly big variety of game (giraffe, springbok, black wildebees etc. and they are quite tame). Although this is lovely the cattle, sheep and peacocks craps every where. We had cow pats on the walk way around the chalet. The peacocks feces was everywhere around the braai/BBQ and on the patio. If they can ensure that the place is kept clean in this regard then Sangiro can be great.

  This place is great

  It was our second trip, well for my partner nd l it was love at first sight when we booked there for the first time nd we promised ourselves that we'd definitely come back. Everything about this place is beautiful and breathtaking, the location, the view and the animals are just one amazing experience. It's perfectly located for one's peace of mind ... we're definitely coming back AGAIN!!!!! Thanks

  Pleasant overnight stayover

  We had a pleasant overnight stay at Sangiro, the room was spacious for two and comfortable enough. The satellite TV was disconnected in our room, which was not a big problem but should be addressed for others as there was a new TV and a decoder but no signal.

  feedback

  I was upset by your accepting a booking and not advising me that it was not self catering. . I felt that I was misled with a lower tariff at time of booking. On arrival we found it was not suitable and we upgraded. We then had to pay in the difference
