  Hotel is clean with comfortable beds and very good service. Wot I disliked about hotel is very weak soundproofing, you can hear almost everything, and very slow internet connection. Averege internet speed is in range bellow 10kb/s so that can be very frustrating to people who are used to high speed internet. Also, be prepared to hear maid knocknin at your doors at 8:30 in the morning.

  Not so good

  I travel very often in Jinan for business and I must stay in this hotel as my compant has an agreement with them. The hotel in principle is ok but is not for western people , room are ok , cleanliness lately is worse and specially for towel , blanket and sheet , some rooms smelling very bad and the carpet need to be washed more often . Wifi no working in all room and extremly slow. But the worse thing is the restaurant , the food is very bad and not very clean , is almost impossible now find western food , there was a good chef before but now if you dont like chinese food , stay away and if you like chinese food check the cleanliness before eat..... In my next travels I will try to avoid this hotel if I can.

  Terrible Service

  Though my work made a reservation for 3 nights for me after the first night I had to move rooms, which is a minor inconvenience. After the second night, I was kicked out of the hotel and told they're full. However, according to TripAdvisor, there were still rooms available. The bathtubs are old and the drains are very hard to open or close. Yet, now given the obnoxiousness and selfishness of the other guests, I suppose I'm better off. The hotel has lovely decor, but here I am and it's past midnight and I can here a very loud GROUP of people, 3, I think having loud sex outside my window in the courtyard below. I called the front desk to complain, but I don't think they understand English. What kind of place is this? It's very noisy and no one can do anything. I've been quiet as can be and I'm kicked out? Don't bother coming here. Now ANOTHER girl is screaming. Is this a house of ill repute?
