  Perfect hosts, pampered to the max!

  David and Tatiana are already outside when we arrive at their beautiful home. They help us park the car and show us the very clean and pleasant room with private bathroom. They are the perfect hosts and a lovely couple. Tatiana is very attentive and sees to it that you have everything you need at breakfast. This breakfast is one of the fullest breakfasts we had during our holiday. Fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, fresh bread, lots of spreads including various kinds of meat, coffee, tea, orange juice fresh muffins and Tatiana can't wait to make us something with eggs and mushrooms for example. David is helping out while telling us great stories about his interesting life. It's also very nice to meet other travellers in the morning at the table and we had some great conversations with people from Germany and the USA. The city is not that far by car, but we used the bus ($3,00). We stayed for three lovely nights.

  Top quality accommodation

  This would have to be one of the best B&B facilities in New Zealand. The en-suite room had everything a guest could require. David and Tatiana are excellent hosts and provide a superb breakfast where all tastes are catered for. Off street parking and independent access for guests add to the benefits of the stay. We would thoroughly recommend Seascape Villa for anyone requiring a short stay in Tauranga.

  Manakitanga - Being a great host

  Breakfast! Wow never have had a morning send off with such a scrumptious breaky. This was above and beyond. Our ensuit was packed with everything you will need. Easy to find location, professional and hospitable hosts. You won't regret staying here, I will be back.

  Great location

  A fantastic place to stay with wonderful hosts who looked after us so well. The location was just lovely and quiet. Breakfast was AMAZING. We enjoyed getting to know David and Tatiana . We have recommended this place to friends.

  Tank you David and Tatiana for making our stay with you one to remember. You have an awesome place, super clean and well presented. Your breakfast was gorgeous, and your level of attention to your guests was perfect. A very reasonable price for a one night stay.
