  Excellent services and hospitality

  We had an amazing stay at Sinclair's retreat. Kudos to their staff members Mr. Shumanto (F& B manager),Hriday Pal, Mr. Manish(front office) , Shushant, Mr. Anoop( front office) and Partho. We stayed at deluxe suite and niligiri suite, the rooms were excellent.The staff was very hospitable.

  Very very nice service

  Stayed here for 4 nights. Good view, cooperative front desk staff, nice and kind kitchen and restaurant staff. Mr. Sumanta and Mr. Chandan made us feel like home away from home. Coming back here again

  Best location in ooty , too good view

  Sinclairs in one such hotel i would definitely suggest whoever is visiting ooty must stay here it has the best sunset view, food is amazing , the staff are very very kind Service is too good , i thank hriday, partha , chef chandan, & sumant F&B manager. I also want to thank housekeeping staff who were very professional and polite , undoubtedly we will enjoy staying here . Thank you sinclairs.

  Excellent Staff at Sinclairs Ooty

  The hotel staff at Sinclairs Ooty is very friendly and took all steps to ensure that our stay was comfortable. 1) The F&B manager (Sumonto) ensured that he got us our favorite dish even if the same was not on the menu card. He took special care, to get the breakfast packed for us on the day of departure since we were leaving early morning @ 6:30 am. 2) Any request by us - whether in-room dining or room cleaning was attended on priority 3) The room was very spacious and comfortable.. We took the Valley facing deluxe room. The room has an excellent view of the valley. 4) The food was excellent. 5) The Hotel location is excellent away from hustle and bustle of City and at higher altitude...Its 500meters from the Tea factory which is tourist attraction and 3 Kms from Doddabetta (highest point in ooty)

  Very very good experience

  I drove down from coimbatore to ooty sinclairs retreat. Initially i was greeted with a smiling face and all the staff are very very courtious . All are bengalis over here. And me also being a bengali ws able to contact in my mother tongue . The chef took an extra effort to cook delicious meal every day in the morning and at night . My special thanks goes towards Mr Sumanth Mallik , F&B Manager and Mr Manish for their efforts to make our stay a very very comfortable one. At the end of the day we were like a family . I would also like to mention the efforts of chefto cook for my family daily homely food which was delicious . Please keep up this good service , hope to visit soon.
