    Relax, sol y relax

    Desde q nos enseñaron la habitación nos quedamos alucinados. Limpieza total, servicio excelente por parte de todos los empleados. Vistas espectaculares anque no son las de la caldera pero visto lo visto se agradece porque tienes mayor intimidad y no hay turistas haciendo fotos mientras te bañas en la piscina. La piscina en la habitación es perfecta, creíamos q iba a ser mas pequeña pero es perfecta para dos. Lástima que todo lo bueno se acaba...nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de este hotel para siempre. Felicidades al equipo de sky fall.

    We are so happy we chose to stay here for our 8 day holiday in Santorini. The rooms are beautiful and we loved having a private jacuzzi. Staff could not be more helpful, were always polite and informative and the cleanliness was to an extremely high standard. Breakfast had lots of choice and even for me as a picky eater I found lots of things I could eat due to the extensive menu. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet but there are local shops and a few places to eat within walking distance, and Fira is only a 10-15 minute drive, the beaches are also close. Would definitely recommend using the spa if you stay here as we thought it was worth the money. Overall we loved this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful.

    Ruined Honeymoon

    We was meant to stay at Skyfall suites at the start of September and booked at suite at the cost of £2000. On the day we were due to fly out we had an issue with our airline which meant we was unable to fly. With the next flight being available to us we had to push our flight to the following week. When we done this we contacted Skyfall directly as we had booked directly with them. Although our booking was non refundable we hoped that they could show some compassion and allow us to move our booking to the following week. We even said that if the room we had initially booked was unavailable, we would be happy to pay extra for another room. This was straight up rejected and we were told sorry the room is non refundable. We have now had to book accommodation for the following week but have now chosen to go elsewhere due to the terrible service we received. Although it was not Skyfall fault we could not fly, for a 5 star hotel I would of expected some compassion and decency to move our booking.

    Definition of luxury and peace

    Beautiful hotel, attentive and personal staff, incredible food and incredible pool. The photos looked incredible and we were not disappointed with our suite, we had room 13 which was one of the more expensive ones and it was absolutely worth it. The pool was a great size, perfect temperature, very clean and almost completely out of sight of others. The actual room was very clean and bright and had all the necessary kitchen and bathroom supplies, very comfy bed, only potential improvement would have been if they would have topped up the coffee pods each day, there was only ever 2 at a time and some mornings Id go to make a coffee and they hadnt been replaced since the day before, not a huge thing but just a mention. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was incredible, the beef in particular was stunning. Both nights we were the only people in the restaurant for the whole time we were there so although the atmosphere is nice its somewhat quiet. Waiter very attentive and kind, no complaints about the restaurant at all. Good location, can walk into Pyrgos in just a few minutes and there are 5+ lovely restaurants and a couple of bars there. Also not a long taxi journey from the airport which is always handy. Quite far from the main areas of interest on the island but we found loads of nice places within 10-15 minutes taxi ride so I wouldnt say thats a bad thing. We popped into the spa on our last day at the hotel and its lovely but the pool was freezing which maybe is how its meant to be but was a bit too cold for us. The staff deserve an absolute medal, same staff there for the 8 days we stayed and they were all very personal, polite and everything youd want from hotel staff. Overall I would 100% recommend staying here if youre going to santorini, we must have spent 2+ hours a day in our pool and it was just perfect. We walked into pyrgos loads and found lots of nice places to eat and drink. Thanks for an incredible stay!

    DON'T GO DURING COVID-19 - Honeymoon RUINED

    Unfortunately I made the mistake to book in this hotel for our honeymoon without reading other recent reviews: the total lack of cooperation by the customer service is simply astonishing and a real shame. I'm not sure they know at all what does it mean to do tourism. We reside in Belgium, but left the country to spend days in Italy already way more than 14 days prior to our departure for Greece. When in Italy we decided to fly from Rome to Santorini (Oct. 3rd) and the Greek government (which become ridiculously famous for its total lack of organization during COVID times) issued us a request of negative COVID test prior boarding just the midnight before the flight. Even though the Greek PLF form website still today mentions that NO test should be carried out when flying from Italy (our departure point) to Greece, and the flight attendants themselves could not find an explanation to this inexplicable request from the Greek government. As a result we could not use our hotel booking, even if we really wanted. We therefore contacted the general manager of this 5-star hotel asking/proposing for any type of solution/deal (voucher, partial refund, moving of our reservation, voucher for a lower season, etc.) but we were welcomed with arrogance and total lack of support by not provide us with any option under no circumstances. Their only goal was to just keep all the money. Very greedy. In addition the bookings (TOTAL: 1.341,6 ) were made just the evening before the flight, therefore with high chances that the rooms would have anyway remained free for the booked period or anyway available for bookings the morning after, when we were blocked. The general manager showed total lack of professionalism by simply replying to our email with standard text (arguing that it was not their fault, so they would keep the entire amount and not provide any assistance) and even refusing to speak with us when we tried calling the office for explanations. RESULT: HONEYMOON COMPLETELY RUINED. We will personally STAY AWAY from this hotel and Greece in general as long as their incompetency in doing tourism during COVID period will not be resolved.
