Muy buena ubicación
Recepcionistas muy majas hablan en todos los idiomas te regalan el desayuno habitación normalito hotel reformado con ascensor muy antiguo pero muy limpio y acogedor muy buen ubicado a 1 minuto de la gran calle

Fabuloso hotel, gran ubicacion
El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones son amplia y muy completas, con muchos detalles, como ser pava eléctrica, cafetera, minibar, tv y tablet con información de todo Suiza, pantuflas entre otras. El desayuno es muy completo. Y variado. El personal muy atento y cordial. Muy bien ubicado

Muy buena ubicación
Excelente ubicación, cerca de la Terminal. y en pleno centro. Si se realiza alguna excursion, esta cerca la salida de los buses .Habitación amplia. Muy limpio todo. El personal de la recepción te asesora. Desayuno muy rico y variado

Conocé Zurich alojándote cómodo!
Ubicación increíble, cerca de todo: estación de trenes, lugar de encuentro para salidas de tours, la Bahnhofstrasse, etc. Los recepcionistas de diez, incluso los pasantes, muy amables y dispuestos, brindando toda la información requerida y necesaria. Habitaciones medianas y baños de tamaño adecuado, con amenities a discreción. Agradable encontrarse con nota y bombones de recepción. En el lobby a disposición café y frutas. No perderse a una cuadra Rice Up ! con menú de arroz variado!!

La mejor parada para el business
Esta en pleno centro de Zúrich a 5 minutos de la estación principal andando, la habitación que coji, grande con una camada muy cómoda y un baño correcto. El punto fuerte el desayuno para empezar bien el día, con una variedad que jamás he visto en zurich, muy rico y muy amplio. El servicio de atención de todo el hotel ha sido muy bueno, tienen un equipo de trabajo rápido y eficaz. Volveré a repetir.

Great hotel, breakfast and location
The hotel is in a great walking location to shopping, food, main train station and transportation. Grocery store near by and breakfast was exceptional. Staff was friendly, however we had some questions about the Zurich pass and they were unaware. Photos are exactly what the room looks like. The weather was good while we were there so air condition wasnt a necessity but I did have it on when the room was stuffy and it worked well. I would have kept the windows open but you can hear loud exhaust cars passing through all night. When the windows were closed it wasnt a problem. We checked in early as our plane landed early in the morning and they were able to accomadate us. Since we were able to show our luggage we had the rest of the day to explore the city. Upon checkin our room had a complimentary bottle of sparkling water, fruits, chocolate and a personalized note which was a great touch. Overall the hotel was in a prime location, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

CAME FROM CALIFORNIA TO THIS RACISM: THE RESTAURANT RUINED MY WHOLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE
This is unacceptable! We are a family of 4, staying at the hotel. We asked to drink something around 9 pm, and were seated in the restaurant Enja in the hotel. A couple of minutes later a person who calls themselves the manager, named Maya, asked us to leave as we cant have drinks in there. Why were we seated a couple of minutes ago? We were told that the table was free and there were no reservations. We were given the menu. Just as we were expecting to order, Maya came to our table with 4 other guest as they were gonna eat and we would not. The table behind us, avilable for 4, was free, and there were other free tables as well. Maya told us that those people wanted to have dinner in our table specifically. Even the other waiters were in shock. We can only guess that Maya didnt like our looks as we were in our touristic outfits. Maya told us that This is how things are in Switzerland, which is condescending in every manner imaginable. This is unacceptable and in no way to treat customers and in a country that claims to be very civilized and educated. This is no way to treat tourists, such a shame for the hotel, resturant, and their country. This hotel is clean and nice, and should never be working with a restaurant which is low enough to have a manager with such attitude towards their guests. As a person from California, I cannot tolerate any racist behavior such as this one. My advise to you is to stop working with such uncivilized people, who will get you into serious legal trouble.

Good location but not happy with the service
PROS: LOCATION was great - close to everything. ROOM was clean and stylish. BED and linens were comfortable BREAKFAST was included and had a decent variety of options CONS: Disliked · ROOM was tiny! I had the single and my bed took the entire wall. I literally could not open my suitcase. NO conditioner or any toiletries included other than liquid hand wash and shampoo. SERVICE was average and below my expectations for the price paid: 1/There was 1 bottle of Sparkling water included for the entire stay which I didn't realize until I opened it and when I requested another bottle that was still water, the front desk told me that I only get 1 bottle per stay and that was that. 2/ While the breakfast was decent, one of the ladies (tall, slender, younger brunette) was borderline rude and never smiled once during the 2 breakfasts we had at the hotel; the second morning she started yelling at people 20min before the breakfast time was up, and kept repeating that they are closing the breakfast soon and to hurry up. FRONT DESK - Never asked us if we needed help with suggestions on what to see or what restaurants to go to. Never told us that a public transportation day pass is included with a stay. Just not very proactive or engaging with guests. ***CHARGE FOR ROOM*** I had prepaid in full for the hotel (2 rooms/2 nights) however, upon check-in they asked for a credit card for accidentals. Usually this is a small amount but they charged (not as pending transaction but actually charged!!!) 2 rooms @ 2 nights = $200 in addition to the prepaid amount of over $1200 for 2 small rooms. Now I have to wait to find out from my credit card if the charge went through or if it was reversed. Just annoyed at this point.
