  Unexpected class hotel

  we spent five nights half board with five people in this superb hotel. Everything was excellent: the housekeeping, the management, the entertainment, the wellness, the restaurant, the breakfast buffet, the room furniture, the view, the wine list, the ski room, the private ski locker at the valley station of the cable car, the private parking place, the sense of detail, the kindness of everyone: we spent a marvellous Christmas time and can recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Outstanding all round

  We are just completing a family holiday, staying on a half board basis. The hotel is really lovely-the facilities, especially the pool and wellness are really really high end luxury. The food, which is a buffet breakfast and a six course evening meal is of the highest order. The evening menu is really diverse and at a fine dining level, without being fussy or formal. The staff are all very attentive and pleasant and have accommodated our every wish. The ski gondola is a 5 min walk and the ski resort is small, whilst having everything you would require. We have never returned to the same hotel - but this might be the one that changes that! This has been a great family holiday! Matt Matt kiely

  Nice place!

  Loved the location Loved the facilities Loved the gym loved the spa Loved the pool Loved the service Loved the dinner Loved the wines I absolutely enjoyed my week ski in that great hotel. No doubt that the best experience there was the delicious 6 courses dinner: congratulations to you and your team chef!

  Great hotel with huge SPA area, and walking distance from the Gondola

  Large room, large bath room, very good breakfast, the SPA is so nice and relaxing, there is also free WiFi and free parking and free lockers at the Gondola for the Ski equipment - All this in a reasonable price!

  Back after a few years

  Still the best service and the best dinners in the area, maybe in the Austrian alps. After coming here for several weeks over the past 30 years I do think the hotel could improve a bit on some details, in room refrigerator for example. And a solid WiFi is mandatory in 2019 (I lost connection every 5 minutes and had to login and confirm the terms every single time...) But these are just details and we will definitely be back soon again.
