  Another great stay

  We spent New year's Eve at Spring Hill Suites in Provo...Cameron was very helpful. He helped us with all of our needs. The Spring Hill Suites was very clean and every one was friendly. Can't wait to stay there again

  Typical Springhill

  This is a clean and well-lighted place to lay your head. Much less expensive than the Marriott a mile or so to the south, but not as fully featured, either. I had a corner room on the SE corner of the property. The view of the mountains were spectacular during the daytime. Unfortunately, the lights in the parking lot below were also blindingly spectacular through the night--even with the blackout curtains drawn. Guests beware: walls are somewhat thin--I was able to hear my neighbor's bathroom activities with some clarity.

  Nice surprise after a long day on the road

  We were more than pleasantly surprised when we checked into our recently renovated room. Ample space, comfort and a lot more features than we wouldve expected for a room in this price point. Although its just an overnight stop on the way through Utah, I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Good location

  If you want to be within really close proximity of BYU football, this is the place. We weren't there for that, but I did enjoy a quick walk up there to see the stadium. The room is a standard of the brand. We like it because it fits our family of 5 comfortably. The hotel is undergoing some renovations and it is pretty sparse for coronavirus. The breakfast offered was adequate. There are a few good restaurant options next door. I wanted to try the Indian food place, but we didn't get the chance. I would stay there again if I needed to be in Provo.

  A stopover to Utah Parks

  Good location but what makes this Springhill especially nice is Sharisse the front receptionist. Her professional but friendly mannerism made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. In fact, she is sooo good that I forgot to mention that the toilet in Room 321 is noisy especially at night when the tv is off. Otherwise, great stay. Thanks Sharisse!
