  Great Hotel with an even better staff

  I cant say enough about how my family has been treated during our stay here. Jackie has gone out of her way to ensure my children have a smile on their faces. We look forward to seeing her every morning. Thank you for making our stay delightful!

  As always, the best hotel experience I've had since I can even remember.

  We've all had good and bad experiences when booking a hotel room, but I can honestly say I always look forward to enjoying my time and relaxing at Stay bridge Hotel in O'fallon. Beyond just the ideal location and spots to check out, the staff at this fine establishment are excellent and really who I'm referring to is an employee I met there whose name is Jackie. Jackie is, and always has been since I can remember, the most dedicated person who works at Stay bridge in O'fallon. She's always quick to great you warmly and take care of any needs that you might have/ask of her. She treats each and every person who stays there with a care and attentiveness that makes you feel like you actually matter and it's that energy and dedication that brings me here today to give credit where credit is definitely deserved. Every morning she puts the utmost care and focus in all the tasks she has at hand. She is always focused on making this place be the best hotel it can be, and her love for its guests shows in her glow and is something I for one don't take for granted. Have a good one.

  Amazing Staff

  Thank you for great hospitality especially Jackie and Rae. They really took great care of my family. The room was very cozy and comfortable and clean. Keep up the amazing job. We will be future guests.

  Bad General Manager

  The girl that is now the General Manager was very rude to me and my young family... she used very hateful words to me. Thus place has gone down hill fast. She was upset my paper reservation print out had a different rate than in the system.. then she just started cursing. I am pretty sure she was intoxicated.

  Hard to sleep when the toilet keeps refilling

  This is a nice looking property in a great part of the city for restaurants and shopping. The buildings common area were clean and well kept. Our room was clean. The furniture was a bit worn. The arrangement of the room was useful but offered little privacy in the bathroom. Biggest problem was the toilet that kept refilling all night. The front desk advised that there was no maintenance on weekends. On our second night, I turned off the water supply until morning. Maintenance issues were overlooked in this nice property that really took away from a nice place to stay. The breakfast was abysmal. The choices were not appetizing and the service was brusque at best. Despite the look, we wont come back.
