  Para relajarse

  Lo cogí como base de mi visita a Eslovenia, despues de estar todo el dia conociendo lugares al atardecer nos pegabamos un chapuzón en las piscinas, estan muy bien limpios y correctos, lo unico que hay que ir hasta allí tienes una media hora desde Liubliana

  Agua termal y paisaje maravilloso

  Nos alojamos por una noche en este complejo ubicado a 30 kilómetros de la bella ciudad de Liubliana y enclavado en un entorno montañoso. Elegimos un departamento con vista a montaña (segundo piso) y balcón, con decoración austera, amplio y muy limpio.

  Maintenance work needed

  We had an overall pleasent 3-day stay at Terme Snovik. The room was big enough and had good view from the balcony. I had a massage and pedicure done and the lady who worked was the best!!! But there were a lot of things wrong within the room - the sink in the bathroom was clogged, the toliet flusher was broken and the water constantly ran if we did not push the flush button repeatedly for several times...the refrigirator in the room was turned on but did not work at all... Because our stay was short we did not call or report any of the problems to the reception during our stay, but we did notified them about the problems at our checkout. The staff on the other hand was nice and friendly so that was a plus. Maintenance work has to be done in the rooms and around the pool but otherwise the experience of Snovik and the people there was good.

  Room was nice but not so clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and a really creacky beds. The apartments, rooms are not friendly for families with infants or small kids, because there is no wheelchair or pushchair ramp. But outside is really beautiful nature amd very clean region with a lot of things to see and do. Ok, service at the reception is so so. Some are nice, some are not. Service at breakfast time are super nice and very kind. The organization at the reception is not their best thing. The air condition was broke in one room and they were informed the same day we came but no one came and fix it in 3 days. Next. Pool.... pools are clean and nice. They have animation for older and younger people. I have no complains about that. But... again pushchairs are not allowed at inner pool, only outside Outside there are two small houses with ice creams and fast food, but the house with fast food didnt work... I dont know why , because there were a lot of people and of course families who would buy some food for kids at least. And they almost run out with ice creams... I dont get it because the turistic season is not over. I would recommend this spa only for older people and maybe to people with older kids.

  A great holiday village for families

  We were two families for 7 nights in two wonderful and well-equipped apartments. The park has thermal pools, indoor (Works in all seasons) and outdoor (active in the summer), with water slides and other attractions for children. Admission to the pools is free for those sleeping in the village. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and you can prepare food without any problem. There are many hiking trails around the resort village, ask at reception. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the distance from the village to the highway, about 20 minutes. This means that if you are planning the place for a star trek, consider 40 lost minutes each day. Beyond that, the place is amazing, beauty clean and tidy. We had a great time, highly recommend.
