    Muy recomendable

    El hotel esta ubicado en el centro de la localidad y tiene acceso directo a la estacion de tren muy buena atención del personal servicial y atento a las necesidades del pasajero.Nos ofrecieron paraguas para caminar por New York, un detalle muy pintoresco.El desayuno con amplia variedad y excelente atencion.Todos los dias entregan el diario en la puerta.Recomendable para descansar del ruido de New York.-

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The hotel looks old and disgusting. The rooms vary in sizes for double bed occupancy and the reason I know is because I had to switched rooms. TV did not work well. The refrigerator was hard to find until I unlocked a hidden door. The bathroom was dirty and the shower flooded. Maintenance had to flush and unclog. It says the offer breakfast but the do not. They don't even have a coffee machine in the room. This was a good location for where I had to go but I rather drive longer and not stay at this hotel ever. The air conditioner was extremely noisy.

    Snowstorm

    Small rooms had a double alone. Not sure how 2 or more could fit. Driveway not plowed or well marked Valet parked car. Can hear everything. in next room. Adequate No continental breakfast due to pandemic.

    BED BUGS!!!!! not clean. the water wouldnt turn off in the bathroom. staff was good but clean is not good at all. the hotel looked pretty from the outside but the room was filthy. i had fun with my friends there but the dirty ness thru me off

    DISGUSTING!

    The Andrew Hotel gets zero stars. It is perhaps the most disgusting experience I have ever had at a hotel. I booked 3 nights with them. I took a chance with the hotel because of the location. Great Neck, Long Island, is an affluent town, so I figured it would be a good choice. I ignored the negative reviews, thinking people were too picky. I booked two rooms. As soon as my family and I entered our rooms, our jaws dropped. The carpet was filthy, the desks were dusty, we discovered hair on both toilets, the bathrooms had mildew, the desk chair in one room had stains and filthy, and the beds had hair. While the staff was pleasant, this fact could not overshadow the shortcomings of the hotel. Attempting to get a refund the same evening proved to be difficult. I was encouraged to email photos of the room, which I did, and the "nice" manager, Raj, would speak to me if I called the next day. I called and left a message with Raj. He never returned my phone calls. I received a full refund. If they attempted to charge me, I would have fought the charges. Thank goodness I used Amex. How folks gave this place more than one star is beyond me. Never again. This is the first time I have ever complained about an experience at a hotel. Terrible. One would think the manager/owner would take special care with maintenance and cleanliness with the pandemic. I cannot recommend this hotel.
