  Excellent, customer focussed property

  This small boutique hotel provides real comfort and great service in Albany. Our room in the main building was large and well equipped, with a comfy king bed and big ensuite bathroom. Good parking onsite. Lots of helpful info available from the owners (things to see and do, restaurants). A highlight is the substantial breakfast included in the tariff; local produce, attentive staff. Highly recommended.

  Beyond Belief

  I am thinking back over various hotels in different cities and this is probably the hands down the best place I have ever stayed at. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are immaculate, the breakfast (which I am eating whilst writing this review) is excellent, the general areas of the hotel are charming. Really the only thing about this place which bothers me is trying to understand how they are able to offer such a premium service at a fairly normal bnb price. For what you get, this is incredible value. If you find yourself in Albany, stay here.

  Golf, beach, food and so much more.

  We have just had a fabulous week in Albany at Beach House at Bayside. This is simply the best accomodation we have stayed in WA. The rooms are immaculate, breakfast superb (local produce and plenty of choice) and the hosts Craig and Sally go above and beyond. We incorporated a golf tournament, remote beaches and some great restaurants during our week. All is easily accessible and Craig and Sally are fonts of knowledge about anything you may want to do. Looking forward to returning in March for the Taste of the Great Southern. Thanks Craig and Sally.

  Dream stay at a cute hotel

  OMG.. what a dream 2 days we had here. Sally and Craig are the lovely owners who do everything possible to give that personal touch to your stay. From a very welcoming arrival, porto with chocolates and finding small cakes when we got " home" after some local exploring. We had the garden suite which was just amazing. Clean, big, two stories.. I could easily live here. The courtyard is very secluded and tranquil. Breakfast was cooked a la carte and we lived every bite of it. This small hotel was by far the best I have experienced in Australia. It is one thing to run a small hotel, it is a rare thing to experience people who actually enjoy running this kind of business. I can resonate to this having had a small business of this kind myself. They will see us back. Guaranteed!

  Home away from home

  My husband and I just spent five nights at this amazing B&B. Craig and Sally are bright, bubbly and caring hosts who made sure we had an enjoyable and relaxing time. The breakfast was the best I have ever had, especially the Bircher muesli and cinnamon pears. There was plenty of variety in the cooked meals and these were delicious too. We also enjoyed the home made cakes and slices that were delivered to our room every afternoon. The rooms were pleasant and the beds comfortable. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Albany.
