    Great Hotel, Terrible Staff.

    The establishment was exceptional and in a great location, however, the staff at reception were unprofessional. We were greeted with disrespect and slow service. The COVID regulations were not followed by staff and other guests. We chose to leave and forfeit our booking fee. It was not worth our peace of mind.

    Terrible Staff. Club

    This hotel is so terrible. The reception is rude and it turns into a club at night. This is not what you expect especially during a pandemic. Their room service had technical issues & therefore delayed delivering orders. We left before our checkout date to switch hotels and rather forfeit our money as it was not worth our peace of mind.

    Weekend away with bae

    It was an amazing experience. The quality of the service provided was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean and neat. The view was stunning with the swimming pool area below. The food was absolutely delicious

    Decent place, terrible service. Room service is non existent.

    Terrible service. Our first activity from checkin was the spa, had pre arranged everything but ended waiting an hour from the booked time meaning we had to cut our treatments short to make our dinner reservation. Upon return, took over 30 minutes to get ahold of room service who told us theyre too busy and cant give any time estimates and that we should rather go downstairs ourselves to fetch requested items (ice and soda). Staff were incredibly unfriendly at checkout (as if to say we dont need to be professional anymore since youre leaving). No response to our greetings during checkout or even a thank you for your stay. The only staff Id give a 5/5 rating is the security manning the doors, the rest need retraining. 2 weeks ago I stayed at Capital Pearls (Durban) and they were incredible. Everything was really good including the room service (ice arrived in under 5 min).

    Stayed there for almost 2 months

    Nice hotel to recommend, awesome and very stylish apartments, helpful staff, good location but view from opposite side (Pretoria road) could be better but it does not refer to hotel's facilities in general. Tasty food but some dish could be less fatty, lack of vegetables and variety at breakfast. Well maintained and secured!
