  Awesome Place with Friendly Service

  Check in was a breeze. I got nothing but friendly service here. The room is nice for the money. I like the fact that the shower is separate from the toilet. Usually in a moderately price property, the shower in next to the toilet with no walls separating it. They do have room service reasonably priced. Got a Full English Breakfast with juice and coffee for $6 plus tip. They also have a mini bar selection. The beds are firm, but I found them comfortable. Yes, it is in the heart of Boyztown, but not too gay. The hotel itself is only 2 minutes from the Beach and 5 minutes from The Walking Street. Do not shy from the street food vendors. Cooked the food right in front of you and usually have a little place to sit. If I came back to Pattaya, I would definitely stay here.

  Great value, great customer service

  This is in the heart of all the bars and clubs and if you ask nicely, you can get a room away from the street that is blissfully quiet. The receptionist Khun Tee, is incredibly helpful and kind, and although I used to be a regular at the Ambience hotel opposite, from now on it will only be the Copa!

  A really comfortable hotel and close to everything

  I have stayed at the Copa Hotel quite a few times now over the years, and it`s always like a home away from home. The owner and staff are always most welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I was very surprised to see that I had an upgrade this time from an executive double room to an executive suite. I was most grateful, and thank the management/owner hugely...it was more like an apartment than a room. It is close to all amenities such as shops (7-elevens) restaurants and bars. If you want to eat in, there are eating utensils and packets of noodles. You will also find menus for room service. A good place for a nice breakfast is only about 3 minutes away at the Penthouse, where you can get a good full English breakfast as well as Thai food. I can certainly recommend this hotel, as it is also very reasonably priced.

  Amazing location. Amazing room awesome price

  Came to stay at this hotel after having not so good experience at the previous hotel. The hotel proved to be a surprising good experience. The property is located right next to the walking street. The rooms are really clean, and for the price they charge you can't ask better. The staff is really friendly and the hotel is guest friendly. Would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone

  Return visit friendly clean hotel

  This is my fourth time staying in this wonderful happy homely atmosphere clean friendly hotel I pushed the boat out this time and took one of their impressive suites and am I glad I did, roomy with everything you need with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I dont know how they provide such a large comfortable room at such cheap prices, The reception when I checked in was friendly warm helpful I think Hong was his name, even offered me a doughnut from a big box he had on reception counter. The hotel is a great location handy for night life, shopping, or going to beach around the corner with taxis passing all the time just 1 minute walk away at end of the street. I have stayed at other hotels before but after I found this place I stopped looking elsewhere. Thank you to everyone for such a lovely stay see you again
