  We just stay there for 1 night but its was awesome. The staff is so friendly and helpful, welcome drink, and get room after our visit in the Kula Wild Adventure Park, my recommendation for you, its 15 min for a walk. Democratic prices in restaurant, bar. Big swimming pool. Wi-fi working only in the bar area. Nice view from bungalow on the sea coast. Room have 2 floors, 3 beds. Little kitchen, big bathroom. All is ok, good place. 150$ for 1 night, breakfast included.

  Unprofessional General Manager with very Poor Management

  Bula Crow's Nest is not like before.I used to love dining and also loved the company of the staffs at this prestigious resort.Now everything has changed.I'm very unhappy with the new GM Shiv Chety.My cousin and I was making our way up the stairs towards the pool when he walked right past us without saying Bula! The recent Managers would always welcome me or any local with smiles on their face but not this one.He is stubborn as he looks,sits and eat in the restaurant like a king,yelling at the staffs while we were eating our pizza(should learn to talk to staffs in private).We were served a jug of water without glasses.He saw us drinking from the jug just like that but he didnt offer us glasses and continued to stare.We felt bad.We then walked across the restaurant to visit the ladies room and there he was sitting and glancing at something.My cousin yelled out "bula" to him, he just turned and said bula in a very low sarcastic way,not smiling,and still very stubborn.We are not going to step foot at Crow's Nest again until you change your Manager.We wanted to know more about him so we talked to some staffs and their response was.. they felt like slaves,he happens to be the worstest, He tells at them "I don't care"( when they trying to make him understand a situation) not understanding.. just an I.T guy to manage the resort who lacks this profession of a GM.Come on.. Crow's Nest needs a real Manager.Not just someone who calls in sick all the time maybe a bad hangover.My heart was broken afer the staffs talked to me. I shed tears and wished to help them.I feel like the standard has dropped.I used to work in a Resort as a Supervisor so i would know.The previous Managers liases with the staffs and they are always on their feet.The staffs says he has his favourites and is always a threat to those who dares do wrong and whether the staffs are right or wrong,he will give them a hard time or terminate them instantly.Shiv needs training.Staffs says Shiv is always missing(so true.. this is our 10th visit and we finally saw him.) The daybeds/pool bed covers are torn, dirty and the pool looks dirty too with rusty edges.Either than that,Food tastes great but needs a little twist.Ive been in one of your villas,Just a glimpse at it and you know there is nothing to worry about. The staffs are so friendly and humurous.That's why I Love to bring my family to Crow's Nest. Please make the staffs happy. Bring the old Crow's Nest back.

  Beautiful place Lovely people

  We have been to this beautiful place a couple of times.Love the scenery. Love the staff's.Very friendly with beautiful smiles.The villas are nice and cozy blending in with the warm weather.The restaurant looks alright.The meals,it's a little bit different from the last time we were here.Prefer the previous menus.Just our main concern is this very young(indo)lady whom we thought had cleaned our room,apparently she did only half.We were at the car park,we saw her come out of our room with the cleaning materials.It infuriates us to see our curtains not drawn,room not swept and our bed not done like it was always done by the previous maids.Well she needs to be trained.But,this lady named Sai did our room the next day.She did a good job just like we wanted and to our surprise we met and old staff who has been and still in the resort, Anna..we would take our hats off for this hardwoking lady,always smiling.Well we Love the pool and the beach front.Front office staffs very lovely people with warm welcomes.This is the perfect place to come for a holiday. We are definitely returning with our families.Keep up the good work team Crows Nest and hoping to meet the Manager on our next visit.

  Excellent customer service , beauty view, food 10/10

  The best stay at coral coast so far. Food & view . Vinaka to the staff and management for the great hospitality. Special thanks to Mr Chetty for being kind and attentive making sure our stay was comfortable.
