    beautiful hotel and very friendly service

    We recently attended a wedding at the Desmond hotel Malvern and also stayed overnight. The hotel and the wedding was beautiful and the service was very friendly and welcoming. The food at the wedding was delicious. I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if in the area.

    Desmond Hotel Malvern

    Great place for a business meeting! The sleeping room layout was perfect, and the bed was VERY comfortable. I ate at the dinner at the restaurant twice with a preplanned meal (2 choices), and the food was fantastic.

    Good Place

    The hotel and staff were really nice and professional. The room and bathroom was clean. The balcony was a plus. And King of Prussia mall is like 15 minutes. Only downside which was okay for me because I stayed one night, there is no mini fridge or microwave.

    Malvern PA Hilton

    This was the 3rd stay at the location. The first 2 stays were average but comfortable. The 3rd stay was the worst. Pillows were uncomfortable. Room was not vacuumed daily. Bathroom floor was sticky. Conf room podium and platform was old and squeaky. Had an accident during the stay which was reported but no one reached out to me. Have suggested improvements. Hopefully someone will reach out to me eventually.

    Service Excellence and afternoon HOME FEEL

    The Desmond Hotel has proved over the years CONSISTENTLY to be a class act. A Hotel and wonderful venue with fantastic food and beverage services and always with impeccable and attentive service. ALWAYS. So of course this is where we hosted our daughters wedding in November 2019. Another success story but this time WE were hosting 200 friends and family that all completely enjoyed every part of their weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable and attended to every need by a great housekeeping service. The restaurants and bars were accommodating to our guests during their weekend stay. (The old pub glass in the bar is so cool!) The wedding cocktail hour and reception was delicious and beautiful at the same time with every detail perfected. We recommend the DESMOND HOTEL again and again. Enjoy a major event or a weekend getaway near King of Prussia, Valley Forge National Park and so many fun small towns all around to explore! Enjoy!
