  Filthy room

  We were traveling with our service animal so we had a pet friendly room. It was filthy! Everything was dusty. There were food crumbs around the baseboards. Moldings and edges hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The open shelving in the bathroom was dirty and there were hairs on it. The cabinet doors were dirtyThere was a dirty plastic cup and napkin until a cabinet. The shower wouldnt drain and the glass inclosure was dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom area showed obvious signs of water damage from the unit above. You can believe I went through the room with disinfectant wipes! The ONLY good thing is the extensive grounds where you can take a good long walk

  Nice oasis in our trip

  So impressed with this motel it is hard to stay in others now. Check in was flawless and clerk was very friendly. The grounds are impeccable and welcoming. Our room was very clean and beautiful. You could see that extra cleaning and sanitizing was done to our room. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I am one that carries cleaning supplies with me for motels. They stayed in the truck this time. Early in the morning crews were out picking up the grounds. Oh yeah, the golf course driving range is open 24 hours! A must stay if in Cheyenne Wyoming.

  Family gathering

  Maybe due to COVID .... service was slow, restrooms always out of toilet paper and needing serviced, food mediocre, new renovations are beautiful but a lot needs remodeled. We will come back...but its just not the experience we have been used to for 40 some years.

  Great Again

  My husband and I have stayed at this resort about a dozen times. We look forward to each visit. This time we had a Deluxe King in the main building and it was wonderful. We have chosen a room at poolside during the summer, but all other times we prefer the main building. We enjoy the bar, restaurant, and just relaxing in our spacious room. I also greatly enjoy the gift shop - much to my husbands dismay. We look forward to our next return stay at Little America. Close to the highway, easy access to town, beautiful grounds, impressive decor, friendly and accommodating help.

  worst experience ever with a hotel

  I have never had a worse experience with a hotel. We were to check-in on a Saturday for an event that was being held at the hotel. I called the hotel the Tuesday prior because I wanted to verify a few things that I wasnt sure of online. I spoke to someone and made a reservation for that Saturday night for a room with 2 queen beds. On the day of check in the hotel called me to verify I was still coming. I told them yes we would be there but not til around 5 pm. I got another call from the hotel at around 3pm verifying that I was still arriving for my king bed room. I told them yes we were coming but it was supposed to be a room with 2 queen beds. The lady I spoke to said she would correct that and see us soon. On the drive there the second call started to bother me so I called again. This time at about 4:15 to verify our room. I was told yes, they were expecting us and had the correct room in place. I arrived at the hotel at about 5pm. When I got to the front desk the lady said they were overbooked and had no room for us. What?! Why did they not mention this with our many phone calls that day? They said their system kept making reservation even though the were fully booked. I told them that I actually spoke to a person and did not make my reservation online. The manager was too busy to speak with me and said he/she would call me later. Something he/she never did. They made a reservation for me at another hotel. This was a hotel basically a roach motel. In fact the room they showed me to check in for had dog food and wrappers on the floor of the room. We did find a hotel on our own at that time. Little American had multiple opportunities to let me know that they had made a mistake prior to my arrival yet they chose to cover it up over and over until I was there in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone as you may not have a room when you arrive.
