  Good location, got upgraded by chance

  First time I went to CDO and in preparation I booked a standard single room in agoda. However, when I arrived, there's no standard room available so I was upgraded to a deluxe room. There were two beds and I'm a solo traveler so that was a bit of an overkill Room-wise, since this is an upgrade, I got the best thing. Bed was cozy, room was clean, toilet was clean. Location-wise, it is near ketkai and gaisano, which are malls. Food-wise, I was not happy. There's a free breakfast. Despite being a continental breakfast, it merely consist of 3 slices of toast, a piece of butter and a lob of jam. Continental breakfast includes eggs, ham/bacon. So there...

  A Disappointment

  I feel that I am being generous by giving them an Average Review Rating. On the Pro side the Staff are friendly and helpful, the tiny room is clean, the tiny CR has a very good shower and very good water pressure, they deliver a newspaper to your room every morning, they have working remotes for the Televisions. On the Con side, very small rooms, 4" foam matress, smallest bar of soap I have ever seen, a breakfast that consists of bread, butter, jam, coffee and 6 pcs of pineapple, a long walk to Divisoria Shops area, music from a neighbors building loud enough to wake me at 4:25 am. If the standard room was P800-1000 then it would be a fair value

  A wonderful time!

  I had booked at marigold hotel using this new booking site. surebooked.com. If you want to book online at marigold. Book at www.marigoldhotel.net. I had a very wonderful time at the hotel. It was very awesome.

  If you have the right room when you book. Marigold makes your every spend worth it. :) I had booked @ www.marigoldhotel.net and they had a lot to offer. I had read your comments by the way. Maybe it's because you booked using third-party online bookings. Book Directly! So that you won't be in a hassle.

  Shipping to cdo

  Just a shopping trip so decided to save the pesos and use a pension house as they are known in Philippines. Cheaper than hotels but generally lower quality. Well to be fair I was surprised! For 750 pesos (£12) we got a clean reasonable room big double bed but mattress wasn't beat only 4 inch foam. A fridge, good aircon , reasonable bathroom but shower only worked on cold!for 750 pesos not bad
