  Oberoi madinah revisited

  This is a nice 5 star hotel in Madinah. We asked to be located on the renovated floor. It was a good choice. New and pleasant. Amenities are excellent. Service was exceptional. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Dinner was expensive a SAR 210+ per person. The Indian restaurant meanwhile for lunch was good and tasty ( above average)

  Best place in Madina

  This is a place of excellence in all aspects. Best location in Madina just in front of the mesjeed al Nabawii. The rooms are very spacious with great variety of family rooms and suites. The food is great in all their restaurants and room service is a must try . The house keeping team are great and the rooms are very well kept and the have new renovated floors with very modern furniture. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great hospitality and attention to detail.

  ...And the legendary success goes on !!!!!

  I don't know how to say this. It has been more than 15 may be 20 years ... and I still visit and stay at Madina Obero. It was, is, and will always be the best hotel ever, not only in Madina, but i won't be over-reacting if simply say in the whole world. From the hospitable personnel at the arrival gate to the last hospitable face at the front desk wishing you a safe trip to Makkah, then back to your country of residence, you feel very special at home. Check-in can never be easier at any hotel worldwide. Mr Ahmad Ebeid, with his colleagues and team, makes it sooooooooo hard for anybody else to compete or even compare. They are PROFESSIONAL, at doing their jobs..... Exceptional hospitality and courtesy......... Oh my God, it's not only a job for them, not even a career .......; It's a life style....... A personality ......; It's how they are .......; Believe it or not ........They are amazing !!!!!!! Now come the restaurant........... not only the food quality but the outstanding service !!!!!!! The service is more than spectacular. I had the best waffles ever, better than the ones i used to have in Paris or Brussels. they were freshly prepared every day with love by Chef Metkal Ramadan. Under an outstanding care of Mr Alaa Tantawy, every day of our stay was made even better, and every meal breakfast and dinner, was tastier and special. THANK YOU Mr Alaa Tantawy for every small detail, for sooooooo many things that i can't really count. I would also like to thank your team, Mr Tarik, Mr Mohammad Abd Elmoneim, Mr M Abd Elsattar, Mr A Abd Elsattar, Mr Mahmoud Abd Elmoneim, Mr Mohammady, Mr Mohammad Mamdouh, Mr Imtiyaz, Mr Azad, Mr Arafat, Mr Gazi, Mr Abotalib, Mr Shaima, and of course all the Chefs Mr Abd Elaziz, Mr Ihab, Mr Fathallah, Mr Ramadan, and all the sous-chefs that i didn't have the chance to meet. All those GRANDS Chefs used to come to us, smiling caring and helping, asking about our opinions which really mattered to them, and about the kinds of food that we might want or like...... That does not really happen in other places or hotels. They do CARE !!!!!!!!!! I might have forgotten some of the names..... Please forgive me..... You were all super stars. I don't want to forget the housekeeping team, and how efficient and very very very rapid ........ Excellent service. I would also like to thank MS Iman at the Public Relations sector, as she didn't wait for us to comment on anything, but would call herself to see that we were simply getting the best service, and asking about us having any suggestions. This time i had a wonderful opportunity to meet Mr Adel Abd Elhay, in person at the hotel lobby, while he was, as usual, checking on his excellent amazing team. What a Super Hero, Exceptional Leader, and HUMBLE SIMPLY SUCCESSFUL MAN. He is always there caring for everybody, listening to any comment, and ready with his team for any service. Thank you Mr Adel Abd Elhay !!!!! Under your command, this marvelous team, as givers as they are, do not spare any effort to make our stay confortable and memorable, and make our prayers peaceful and enjoyable. I can't thank you enough, and looking forward to visiting again and again as soon as we can. God Bless You All !!!!!!!

  Omra best madinah hotel

  Wonderful hotel in madinah just in infront of Al haram El Nabawi with very helpful staff clean rooms and amazing food in breakfast and dinner .. I was upgraded to haram veiw room which was breathtaking.. totally recommended

  The best

  It was my third stay in this hotel and wont be the last inshaAllah, definitely the best hotel in Medina, a world class hospitality. The hotel is good in every and each aspect, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and its location is beyond awesome just a few steps away from the haram doors.
