  Good service

  We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The service provided by the staff was very good. The food served was fresh and the staff was willing to accommodate all are needs. A special mention for the lady at the reception - Kashboo Singh. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the aspects of the hotels operation. She went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Thank you.

  Average Property

  Well this property was the best at a point of time but lately I realized they have degraded the quality of the rooms. Being a yearly visitor I used to book this property default. But in my last trip the hotel gave me a average experience as per the stay. I think they should not take their regular guest for granted.

  Poor Maintenance

  This has been my 3rd visit to the White hotel but this time can easily conclude that the hotel has been lacking on maintaining the property. Hotels name display is not working, electric kettle inside the room was not working. Breakfast spread was OK with very slow service from staff. To serve water they took 15 mins, repeated breakfast options on all 3 days that I had stayed.Few lifts are not working, the ones which work doesn't close on the very first time. I didnt receive the bill for the amount I paid at the time of checkout.Overall on average stay with the hotel. They cannot survive with such quality when you have good competitors nearby..Time to stop taking things for granted.

  Property seems lacking however food is great!

  We have been to this property before and we went this time with the same expectation but were kind of disheartened. No more of the welcoming flavour (matadi's red chunri and tika) when we enter the hotel and welcoming people ....The rooms lacked maintenance. People at the reception seemed depressed and have lost their interest in welcoming clients. However the food place was excellent with wonderful people serving and their personal touch was exceptional. Thank you for your service. Would love to see this property get back to its old wonderful reputation. All the best.

  Amazing

  Mr Singh and other staff are so caring That I feel like at home They are very helping I was provided early checkin late check out And free pick and drop service to Banganga Helipad Breakfast was also amazing
