  Overall bad experience

  We had issues at check-in and check-out. While the night auditor Kayla, who appeared to be training, was sweet and was attempting to help, she was not able to and the other night auditor was absolutely no help at all. It seemed like he didnt care that we were arriving at 3am and extremely frustrated. Once we were in the room (at 3am) we discovered hair throughout the room, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The GM got involved the next morning to assist us, and made promises to fix the multiple issues and then be in touch, as well as adding bonus points to my loyalty account. Since then, I have still had to call multiple times for my folio (which I still havent received) to see the changes she made due to my bank statement being inaccurate after the 3-5 day window for pending charges. I still do not have reflection of any type of service recovery points. And I still have not received any type of follow up communication, despite being promised such by Charlene directly. Extremely disappointed with the overall stay, the leadership team, and lack of communication and follow through. Having worked in hotel management for years, this was a horrible experience and absolutely could have been prevented and/or fixed easily.

  Good Nights Rest

  Nice Hotel in Great Location with easy access to the Freeway and lots of Restaurants near by. Hotel is clean and follow all the covid policies. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have lots of space for an enjoyable overnight stay.

  This is a 5 star hotel in it's class!

  Traveling cross country with a dog, this hotel was wonderful on every count. We used the small kitchen as we brought all our own frozen food to cook. The room was spacious, the room and grounds were very clean. Covid protocol was very good. The location is very good and close to lots. Will return here for sure on our next 2200 mile trip.

  Nice amenities, but beds need an upgrade

  Weve stayed at this hotel multiple times. We like the mini kitchen and location. We also feel like it is clean and being pet friendly is a plus. However, the beds are so uncomfortable. They definitely need an upgrade.

  Good location, unhappy with Covid breakfast

  We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in October. The location was very convenient for us, near the highway and restaurants, and on the north side of town for some planned visits to Santa Fe and Rio Rancho, but still not too far from the airport. The room was comfortable enough, although the kitchen was small (just one well) and you have to walk through it from the front door. We had issues with our key cards; they had to be replaced two separate times when they stopped working in our door. This was a little frustrating but the front desk replaced them upon request. We were quite disappointed in the breakfast - a paper bag at the front desk with a water bottle, granola bar, and a sad-looking orange. The second morning we didn't even bother. I understand that there are Covid issues, but we stayed in several other hotels during this trip, including another Marriott, and all did a much better job of providing grab and go options and the ability to microwave our own hot food.
