  Great Hotel & Stay

  Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. They do a good job keeping the parking lot de-iced and snow free. Room was clean and quiet. Nice desk to work on. Good shower. Hot water and good water pressure. Comfy bed. Air/heat worked great. Only thing I didnt care for was the breakfast. Very lack luster for a TownPlace Suites. Also wish they would start putting a Resturant/bar in their hotels. Other than those two things, it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

  Fair value. Friendly staff.

  The staff was very personable with the exception of Kat at the front desk who had an attitude. Nice selection of breakfast food. Amazing beds-very comfy and rooms were clean. Our room was a little 'worn' in that the furniture was pretty marred up and looked gross. One bedroom was by the drainage pipe outside and it poured all night, so one of us had to deal with that. (not their fault)

  Great Stay

  The room was clean and up to my high standards having worked in hospitality for years. This hotel is close to everything you could need. This hotel was very modern and staff seemed nice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay near Des Moines.

  Great Hotel

  Great hotel. Very new, spotlessly clean, decent breakfast, comfy beds, nice linens and towels. Pet friendly (yay! Of absolute necessity for us when traveling). Will stay here again on our next trip through Des Moines area.

  Hotel with 2 bedroom suites

  One of our desires in staying at a hotel is to have one with 2-bedroom suites. Makes it easier to enjoy the hotel as a family. This is one of the only ones we found near Des Moines, and the rate was reasonable. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly enough, though we didn't interact with them much. This hotel is very close to Jordan Creek Mall, we probably could have easily walked, if we knew how much we were going to buy. Since shopping was on our 'to-do' list, that made it convenient. There was also a kitchette, including a dishwasher, which was nice. They had one television in each bedroom, as well as one in a central area with a couch and smaller stuffed chair. Neighbors above us were a little noisy, but that happens sometimes. The room we had was at the end of the hall, so aside from the upstairs neighbors, we didn't hear much. I didn't find the beds as comfortable as where I usually stay, but will probably try it again, to see if it was just an off day for me.
