  Situacion tranquila y buen precio

  Situado en un lugar muy tranquilo, es un buen hotel para una noche de paso hacia otros destinos. Cerca tiene restaurantes con una relacion precio/calidad muy buena. Personal muy atento. Aunque esta bien conservado, quizas necesita modernizar las habitaciones para estar a la altura de otros Mercure.

  Dont be fooled by the hotel chain name....

  We stayed here 25 - 27 May 19, on a business trip. From the reception it looked like it was a good hotel, with a new reception area, but once you arrive to your room, this dream has ended. Rooms are basic, which felt a bit like sleeping in a hostel - the beds had an old box frame and the decoration was tired and old. Bathroom had a 1980s pink shower cubicle and the way the shower was fitted, it could only swing into the direction of the wall. Towels were small and old. I tried the Hairdyer but it didn't work and the room on day 2 didnt even have any toilet paper so I subsequently had to go down to the reception to ask for it! Breakfast was average. There was no service hostess directing you where to sit, however half way through breakfast we were shouted at in German for sitting at the wrong table. The highlight of my visit was on the last day when my door was opened and I found 2 hotel staff in my room - who opened the door at the same time as knocking and who also decided to shout at me in German, despite the checkout not due for another hour. Absolutely disgraceful service. It was lucky I had just got dressed. Positives were there were lovely green trees outside which the room overlooked which was a nice distraction from having to look inside the hotel. I would avoid this hotel at all costs, unless you are only here for the night as you will be disappointed.

  Not a place for vacation or romantic hoiyday

  People ok. Bowling was with ropes to raise the cones, very old before the war. Rooms accepted ,but cleaning poor. Breakfast not ok and coffee maschines not working. Evening buffet NOT EDIBLE, not food to humans . Old food too old! Gin and tonic in the bar was very good , that it! Sorry! Swinning pools small but OK.

  Stay in this hotel for Wacken 2019

  The hotel had better years, the rooms where clean; the elevator is a menace; it's shakes all the way up or down; the breakfast... 5 of 10 maybe.and they charge me for a breakfast I never eat; The location is good;

  Fair to middling

  Arrived here with our coach tour party about 6 pm. Information from our drivers were told we were expected and we would be allocated a section for us all together but when we went so sit down some of our party were sat away from us. When we attempted to serve ourselves at the buffet some of food had run out,so most of us managed with soup and bread starter so as to give staff time to replenish main food,but by the time we finished our soup and went back for the main meal it had been polished off by other guests. Basic salad out of small platters,not much selection ie chicken in gravy, chips main meal which also ran out. We had peas and carrots in a heated container which also ran out. One waiter to serve 36 of us with drinks,and the sweet consisted of white/pink mousse with apple syrupy dressing not very appetising. Hotel is ok room clean and tidy but no extras in shower room also shower was powerful on hot but if you try to regulate temperature it dribbled cold water. No fridge , coffee or tea making in room.
