  Increíble Lugar!!! Muy bonito el resort, la vista y el lugar increíble!!! Llegamos al bar y la comida riquísima pedimos la famosa hamburguesa!!! Riquísima!!!! Estuvimos en un yate privado en la marina donde disfrutamos aun mas el lugar!!!!

  Este lugar es muy lindo para pasarlo en familia o con amigos, te reciben cálidamente con hospitalidad y con una buena variedad de actividades y comidas. Las habitaciones en muy buen estado al igual que la casa. Muy bien ubicado, y cerca de todo. Tuvimos una gran experiencia.

  Valentines is a happening place

  Be sure to take the ferry to the Valentines dock. Just a quick 10 minute ride from the airport. Arrive to the sounds of the Island music, friendly staff, great food, comfy lounge chairs all in a beautiful setting. Love the island life

  Best Asst Dockmaster

  Dock master Peter was awesome again. Came in with 15k winds out of south and he eased us in without even touching a piling. Hardest working dock master in the Bahamas, 3rd year in a row. Love the pool and restaurant. The Beach is one of the prettiest in the world. We love Harbour Island.

  DO NOT BOOK HERE

  We booked our trip to Valentines 6 months in advance. Based on this one would expect to have choice room and rate. This has been far from the case. Upon arrival via ferry to Valentines dock there was no help for our family of 5 with our bags. We checked in and the attendant promptly ran our card for $10,900 for the week, in addition to the 2k deposit already paid for a 2br villa. The room smelled of mold and was very dated. The furniture needed to be replaced, broken tiles in bathrooms, and everything needed painting. When we went to take showers, there was no hot water. Maintenance came as we were heading to the beach. Upon our return to the condo, I was standing on the porch and a housekeeper passed by and informed us that we were supposed to move to a new building. She reported that the front desk had been trying to reach us all day. We received no phone calls or emails. My husband went to view the new villa and discovered it was in even worse shape than the unit we were in. He told them this was unacceptable our children cannot sleep in a room with a full bed and no closet when we paid for 2 kings. After a long delay, the front desk moved us to yet a 3rd unit. Please keep in mind with 3 small children, it is no small feat to pack up all of their belongings, a crib, etc. Management made zero effort to compensate us for these inconveniences in any way. To make it worse, the bellmen never arrived after an hour of waiting so we hauled all of our luggage ourselves to the 3rd unit while trying to get children down for their naps. The downstairs resident asked if were moving in. Once confirming, she replied they have had someone new up there every night since we have been here. Upon arrival at the new unit, we tried to get showered for dinner. The master shower was missing the showerhead. The kids shower did not drain and was overflowing. We asked to speak to a manager. We were informed the manager is gone for the day and will contact us the next morning. Maintenance called and offered us a free drink. At this point, we are still on property. No manager has attempted to contact us after repeated requests to the front desk. We have visited other resorts and have been dismayed at our resorts condition compared to others on the island. In addition, the front desk staffs attitudes have ranged from neutral to flat out rude. We have not encountered this type of service anywhere else on the island. We are trying to leave the resort but cannot find any open accommodations as it is Christmas week and everything else is booked. PLEASE. HEED MY ADVICE. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
