  Para unas horas

  Un hotel para dormir una noche, cuando un vuelo llega tarde o sale de madrugada,barato un desayuno pasable,la pileta no vale nada y la limpieza no es impecable,pero para el precio que tiene no se puede pedir mas,el personal como en toda la isla de Bali es muy amable.

  Extremely Poor Management - Night Staff Very Loud!

  This place is NOT called Red Doorz as advertised on Booking.com. It is actually called Vihan Suites. The Taxi driver couldnt find this place and we had to walk down the back streets of Kuta to find it. Which is where it is located. This wasn't a good start and it didn't get better from there. The room was average at best. The towel rail was hanging off the wall, the tap constantly ran (staff failed to come and try to fix), there was a small animal or rodent in the ceiling nesting and scuttling about. The final straw was when the night staff were constantly loud and chatty by the pool and they were obviously inviting friends round to watch TV in the lobby and use the wifi and laugh and joke loudly. This was especially loud one night between the hours of 1am - 4am. We wanted to speak to management in the morning, and after agreeing a time to see him, he left out the back door and left the young receptionist to deal with the matter. We tried to reach him several times in the morning and he refused to come back to solve the issue. We asked for a refund for our remaining nights and we looked to check out. Again, the manager wouldnt come to see us and refused to come back. Extremely poor behaviour! This was all reported to Booking.com as well. I wouldnt recommend staying here at all.

  The worst hotel I ever been

  The room its self was smelly my sheet were dirty, the bathroom was moldy and things were broken. Also the A/C was spitting dust and bugs it was just gross and I paid a lot of money for it because they dont change my dates and I have to pay for two nights when I only stay one.

  Not a great experience

  We just wanted a room near to the airport for our early morning flight. All we really needed was a proper room with a queen size bed for me and my pregnant wife. They got the most basic thing wrong as they almost set us up in an already occupied room. The next room they wanted to give us was a twin bed, with a hole in the door. We arrived at the "hotel" at 10AM just to drop off our baggage. We had a hard time figuring out their location as the agoda booking only stated red doorz. After letting them know that we're ready to be checked in after leaving our baggage, we left. We came back later and checked inat 5PM. They had plenty of time to set us up a room. Finally after many hassles, they set us up in a room with a queen bed. Looks alright, plywood walls are falling apart. Later on at night the room was full of mosquitoes, and the sheets didnt really feel comfortable and bordering on itchy. Our experience was a really nasty one because this was what we got after paying SGD55 per night. Not worth the price. This standard is ok if it costed SGD20 per night.

  WORST!

  Booked 5 nights through airy app. 60.000/night incl breakfast, seems like a good deal, eh? Nope! Dirty floor, smelly room, there's tv but no channel to watch. The worst, they gave us a room with broken AC. I mean, it was hot. We waited an hour for the room to get cooler. But it was still unbearably hot I'd rather stand outside. We asked for another room, they said they're full. I don't want to waste another minute of my vacation in that run down place they call 'Suites'. So I got into a taxi and spent my precious time in another better hotel. Be carefull of such "promo" as it is unrefundable. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
