  Semana excepcional

  Este hotel es sin duda una maravilla. Al llegar la entrada no da la impresión del paisaje y de la decoración tan preciosa que tiene. Estuvimos una semana perfecta, el ambiente , la relajación y comida súper sana ,además de las diferentes actividades que te ofrecen, hicieron que tuviéramos el equilibrio perfecto entre salud y diversión. Ideal para parejas de todas las edades, aunque sin duda puede ir toda la familia!! Lo mejor el equipo tan cariñoso y atento que tienen..es una maravilla de gente!

  Total relaxation in Bali

  Most people who travel to Bali often forget about East Bali. Sure there's the clubs and bars in Kuta, Seminyak etc but if you're there to unwind, eat healthy and exercise don't look past Karagasem. Villa Flow is perched on a hill overlooking East Bali with great views of the sea and islands beyond. I visited in August, which is probably the best time to visit Bali. It is run by David Allen who has painstakingly renovated this villa with his team and turned it into a retreat for those who want to get away from it all. I had a great deal of stress this past year. I have visited Bali every year for the past 7 years but this was somewhat of a change for me. I opted for something more quiet and Villa Flow didn't disappoint. The rooms were facing the sea and the morning breeze was amazing. You can dine downstairs or on your balcony, with food made fresh and picked from the Villa's garden. There's also a Yoga instructor who comes in every morning. For the more adventurous, you can also have a personal guide take you to the white sand beach or trek around the area. I simply just wanted to rest and I did, so much so that the stomach acid I arrived with subsided by the time I left 3 days later. The staff are so friendly and accomodating - personal attention every where in the villa. I highly recommend a visit to East Bali and to Villa Flow for anyone who wants a retreat, to eat well and to forget about the world (at least for the time you are there).

  Villa Flow is perfect in so many ways. Great views over the sea, lovely rooms, super friendly staff, great wholesome food, excellent massages and very clean. Cant recommend it highly enough. We loved every moment

  Little piece of paradise

  I did the 3 day detox program with Villa Flow and it was one of the most peaceful and gratifying experiences Ive ever had. I stayed in the Room with a View which was huge with a lovely comfy bed and giant bathroom. The room opened up to a big rooftop terrace which overlooked the sea - it was breathtaking waking up to this every morning. This was my first ever detox program so I was a little worried that I would feel hungry all the time but in actual fact the juices and soups were so delicious I felt satisfied after every meal. The yoga with Kawi was very different from any lessons Ive experienced. You dont just go through sequence of poses, he teaches you the philosophy and intention behind every pose so that you feel more connected. I felt happy and super relaxed after each session. The staff were all attentive and helpful. Special thanks to the owner David, and Putu who really looked after me - even took me on a bike ride to the Water Palace as I wasnt sure about riding on the roads myself. If youre looking to relax, eat healthy, see a quieter, more authentic side of Bali, Villa Flow is definitely a little piece of paradise. I will be back!

  Amazing !

  Searched high and low for an affordable detox retreat and this place looked too good to be true. After a nearly 3 hour drive I arrived and was a little unsure.. until I walked through those gates. This place is paradise! I was lucky enough to have the place to myself just prior to the world locking down over Covid19.. the welcome, the staff, the location and the entire experience was amazing. The juices and the detox meals, the treatments and the yoga was second to none. I would highly recommend!!!!
