  Isolated but accomodation a mini oasis!

  We decided to stay in Gili T for three days as part of our honeymoon across Bali. We were attracted to the snorkelling opportunities especially the possibility to see turtles. On this front the island did not disappoint. The coral and sea life is amazing and we were lucky enough to swim with turtles everyday we were there. They are literally 20 meters out from the shoreline in some spots. An experience we will never forget. Gili T is however a party island. It has a lovely raw feel in the spots that are still rustic but it is very much geared up for boozy party nights. Villas Ottalia was therefore a mini oasis set away from the main strip . The location is more isolated then a lot of them and the main way to get around is by bike which we very much embraced and found fun in the day but didn't quite enjoy so much in the dark of night. The gardens are however simply stunning and made the trip worth it. Would recommend the spa too. Had a body scrub and massage for a very reasonable price. Scallywags a great spot for dinner too. Three days definitely enough for us...

  Quiet remote from party street

  We were 4 friends staying at a villa with private pool. We stayed 3 nights and had a very good time. It was good to be remote from the party place and the villas ottalia are great to access by bike and as center of the island you can easily go all over the island. Local Staff is very friendly. Bike rental is included but not the horse transportation even when you book speed boat through the villas (we had been told opposite by the staff). The restaurant is not so great and quite pricy and the management was not very polite. we were the only guests at the restaurant and they did not even say hi while having a food tasting themselves. I tried the spa, and definitly recommend it, very quiet, good massages and very clean.

  Great stay

  My wife and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon on April 2016. Marine and Alessandro had been in touch with me way before our stay to ensure a pleasant stay for us. They also made sure that I get picked up by Wayan, the friendly driver who picked us up at the airport as soon as we landed in Bali. The check in process was quick and Marine explained thoroughly about the villa and whatnot. Overall, our stay was amazing. Great pool, friendly maid and great cook, great room, great shower and great amenities. It's also safe too since we parked the motorcycle we rented so close to the street, but there was this guy looking over our motorcycle. So all in all, I'd be happy to return.

  Excellent service

  Excellent and friendly service. Good location, clean and quite place. Charm place... like it. Love Komang's breakfast! Just yummy mie Goreng and really fresh tropical fruits..... Place are fully book over the weekend so we can't go back

  Our amazing stay at Villa Lestari 2

  We have recently returned from an amazing 25 night stay in this beautiful villa. The location was perfect for us, quiet and serene but with everything required still close by. Two upermarkets, a local coffee shop and various warungs were just a short stroll or scooter ride away. The villa itself was extremely clean, smelt wonderful, and was furnished beautifully. It is the perfect size for a couple. It contained everything we required for a wonderful stay, including the scooter and helmets organized by Marine and Alessandro to be waiting for us. The pool was wonderful, and the air conditioner in the bedroom freezing cold. Komang, the lovely lady who cooks and keeps the villa sparkling clean was a highlight of our stay. Her breakfasts were delicious, and she is the kindest and sweetest lady. Her smile lights up the room. Komang organized our laundry to be done, collected it for us each day, and was a joy to know. I miss her! Marine and Alessandro met with us on arrival, even though it was very late in the evening, and were as friendly and lovely as they had been during any emails and questions we had had leading up to our stay. They are available for any help or advice, and even came to say goodbye on the morning we left. Very sweet and kind people. We used Uber ( very cheap and efficient) from the villa to venture into Kuta/Legian, but there was also usually a taxi or two in the street outside the villa on most days. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa for a short or long term stay. We had the best holiday!
