  Amazing

  I hope I have the pleasure of visiting Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang again. We arrived at 10:30am and were relieved that they let us check in 3 hours early (red eye flights). The first impression was great. Refreshing welcome drinks and they helped us with our bags onto the boat and carriages all the way to the hotel room. Tien helped us all throughout our stay ar Vinpearl Luxury, and it was great because I could send her a message through Kakaotalk instead of calling reception while I was sick and couldnt speak well. The rooms honeymoon setting was beautiful and I appreciate the effort they put into it. They also made us a cake on the first day and have us some candies and cakes on the last day. The small details really are what set Vinpearl Luxury apart from other hotels. There was a money exchange, two restaurants and great bars on sight. Wave Bar was beautiful at night and the staff there were friendly and funny, offering us blankets if we were cold. We enjoyed the fish and chips, and the calamari at Wave Bar. Most importantly I recommend the activity Fish Feeding with Trinh Bao! She is very friendly and speaks English well. After the activity Trinh took us to many places to take photos. If you want some good memories of the beautiful beach on Vinpearl Luxury definitely do this!

  Good Hotel and Good serviceEspecially thanks for Trinh)

  We have lived in Vinpearl luluxury hotel for two nights from Jan28-Jan29 and checked, out on Jan30 noon. There is a very big swimming pool in the hotel and provide many swimming toy on the beach, excellent oean view and many fishes in the sea we could see. It provided us a good feelings during the time we stayed in this hotel, relax and few people, quiet and so good for family to stay with childrens. Especially big thanks to Trinh, she provided a good services to our family, she is so nice to us, took very good photos for whole family, which was a good memory. We will introduce our friends to your hotel if they go to Nha Trang.

  Mixed feelings

  Unfortunately we were visiting as the Coronavirus had hit Vietnam and the Far East and the hotel was extremely quiet. However staff were extremely attentive and assisted anything you needed. We had booked a room with a private pool which I never actually went in as there was only 1.5 hours sun on the pool every day and it was freezing. The problem is there is so many trees in front of the apartment the sun couldnt get through. Really lovely beach and pool area. Breakfast has everything you could possibly want and plenty of it. Nguen was so kind and made me ginger tea every morning. Room was spacious but the shower had limited water pressure which was a shame as it was a really nice bathroom. Due to Coronavirus we found it difficult to travel to Vietnam from HK ( where we were spending a few days) as all flights were cancelled. Unfortunately Vinpearl refused to refund our 10 day hotel stay and we were going to lose a substantial amount of money. The HK hotels had refunded us straight away. We had to replan our holiday just under a week. On balance, would we return? Probably not tbh
