  Comfortable room but flaws in service

  Hotel itself seems to meet preferences of business travellers rather than tourists. Room was really great indeed. We booked Standard room for 2 persons and we got spacious room which actually consisted of 2 separate units, with large balcony. Beds were comfy, cleanliness was out of doubt. As for disappointing part of experience, breakfast was poor (some boiled eggs, butter, cheese, ham bread, sausages). Only one person of hotel staff was speaking English and still she was not too much helpful, I needed information about transportation to Sarajevo and she said she would find out and tell me, somehow I did not find her promise to be trustworthy so I went to bus station myself, and my assumption about her neglect turned out to be legitimate as she obviously didn't bother herself to do what she had said she was going to do.

  Noothing exceptional, but good enough

  Stayed as part of a group Positives Breakfast was good wifi was ok Rooms, etc were clean Negatives Single room was tiny ! Staff weren't that friendly Because I was staying as a group I can't comment on value, but its a good option if its at the budget end of the scale and you're happy with the basics

  Very good

  I have visited the hotel as a group member. Everything was fine even though hotel was fully occupied the night before they managed somehow to deal with our group as well. It looks like that one person is doing multiple jobs but they are doing good job. Rooms are spacious enough,clean,with good internet connection and big,clean bathroom

  Reasonable hotel, but

  I stayed there as part of an organised package tour. I had previously emailed the hotel to ask whether, though travelling alone, I could have a large bed. Of all the hotels I had contacted on this tour, I actually received a reply to say that they would make sure I got a double bed. A good impression initially.. When I got there, though they had my name, the name of the tour group and date of arrival, I was given a tiny bed in a tiny room. I showed the girl on reception her own email to me, but she didn't care. However, for the guide, a girl about half my weight and about 4 inched shorter, she gave a double room with a balcony. The guide did not say but I rather suspect that her company either got her room free (as she would be taking about 14 guests on eight occasions a year to that hotel - so the hotel wanted to keep in with her, rather than a lone traveller who was there for one night) or they had only booked her a single room. The breakfast and the location were adequate but the main aspect, the room, was unsatisfactory, as was the attitude. The problem was resolved by the guide and I exchanging rooms. Beware: If you are over 5ft 5ins (1.65m) or 65 kilos DO NOT book a single room - don't even rely on promises in an email of a double bed!

  Me alojé una noche en el hotel. Cuando llegué consulté a una chica joven en recepción si era posible dejar las maletas después del checkout en recepción para poder dar una vuelta a la ciudad más tranquilamente y además porque la hora del checkout (10:00 de la mañana) es bastante más temprano que en la mayoría de hoteles(12:00). Esa misma noche debido a un problema con las cañerías, no había agua en el hotel. Mi sorpresa llegó al día siguiente cuando la mujer que está en recepción ( que además no hablaba inglés) me dice casi por mímica que no puedo dejar las maletas. A través del Google traslator le informo que su compañera del día anterior me dijo que no había problema pero dice que otra vez que no mientras dice algo en su idioma. Con diferencia, la persona más desagradable e irrespetuosa que he topado en bosnia, lo de que no hable inglés y trabaje en un hotel de una ciudad turística ya es la guinda al pastel
