  Desastroso tres estrellas

  Tienen buenas fotos en el sitio web y como dicen en mi tierra el papel aguanta todo. A pesar de que tiene una arquitectura acorde al lugar, el sitio esta lejos de ser Resort and Spa, quise hacerme un masaje y me arrepentí al ver el sitio y las camas polvorientas; es la primera vez que en un hotel me atacan los mosquitos o tal vez pulgas, hace 15 días que estuve allí y todavía tengo las piernas llenas de ronchas. El restaurante ofrecía hamburguesa y en los dos días que me hospede no tuvieron, lo único que estaba bueno era la sopa vietnamita que no es una especialidad gastronómica. La playa estaba linda pero no tenía ni una silla para sentarse, ni un parasol, solo piedras y sí quería tomar una silla para tomar el sol se debía pagar y por las toallas y por la pelota de fut y por todo y todo. El peor tres estrellas en el que me he alojado.

  Buenas instalaciones

  Bonito sitio para pasar un fin de semana si no sales mucho de sus instalaciones. El hotel está muy bien, es cómodo y las instalaciones y el servicio son muy buenos. El problema es el entorno. Dispone de playa privada que está muy bien, pero en cuanto te sales un poco de ella encuentras playas no demasiado limpias tirando a bastante sucias. Para un fin de semana de relax es perfecto.

  Filthy dirty pool

  Avoid booking here. This place is getting worse and worse. The pool was extremely filthy and despite several requests to clean it they did nothing. They used to have the left side of the beach for the Chinese day trippers, and they used to be contained there. Now they roam around, they have the parasailing activities just in front of the hotel. They dont even bother to set up mats on the lounge chairs or to open umbrellas. This place has become a dump

  Dangerous and Rude. BEWARE!

  The location is absolutely beautiful. You are surrounded by lovely mountains and the beautiful beaches. There is even a waterfall about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The location I have no complaints for at all. The staff do not speak any English really at all, when the website claims they do. The lifeguards English is the best. Food - food was tasty but very small portions. The price was average to be honest, but they add a service charge. I did not feel they really gave a service. The lady in there is rude and looks annoyed when you ask for something. Danger - Me and my friend were in the sea shortly after breakfast. This is their private beach. We were enjoying our swim, when we heard panic screams. A resident of the hotel had got caught in the RIP tide and drowned. We swam over and managed to drag his lifeless body out of the RIP tide and back to the shore. We had to provide the CPR ourselves with no equipment or help from the staff. The restaurant staff just came and watched. No one was trained for an incident like this, which I find very disturbing. If we were not there, this vietnamese man would have surely died. The family and lifeguard were very appreciative but some of the other staff seemed to not even care about it. After complaining about it all, they gave us a chicken and a few beers to say thanks. Overall, it has potential. They just need thorough training for staff and definitely safety and first aid training, because that was not acceptable. I came on holiday to relax. I'm glad I was there and I managed to save the man, but it shouldn't have been up to a guest to do this.

  GREEN POOL and TRASH complimentary with each stay!

  I've been living here for almost 10 years now, and thus, have a pretty high tolerance for "Vietnamese style" places. So, I really REALLY wanted to come here.. have a great stay and post a glowing review that made fun of all the whiners that complained about the hotel... .but Wow! They were all correct!!! 1) The pool is GREEN from algae - They obviously do NOT run the water filter unit enough... just dump more and more chlorine in. You'll see them at night dumping it in. My eyes hurt after swimming there with my kids. 2) As typical local people do.... you'll see that the hotel ALLOWS them to bring out odd tables and chairs on the beach, in the corridors, on the terraces.. and have a social gathering. Now then... when you wake up in the morning.. all their trash is still there... and WILL BE there for the rest of the day... just so you can look at it. 3) Hotel is run down.. but HEY! if that's what you call "rustic" and "wild" I guess that's what it is. 4) Breakfast buffet is a joke... even for Vietnamese style hotels. Same thing for 3 days. and not a lot of it. 5) Service.... what service? ! Bottom line is this. There's absolutely NOTHING special about that beach. NOTHING AT ALL! There's 10 time better places all around that peninsula that are clean! Wild Beach.. is just that. come.. do whatever you want, leave your trash and go. Rooms are average... service is nonexistent and facilities are same as you would get from a local roadside MOTEL. SKIP IT AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.
