  My new go to hotel in Fargo

  I love this place. The location is wonderful, I travel from out of town to work in Fargo and the location is perfect for me. The rooms are amazing. If you're a solo traveler then this place is for you. Also, if you need an extended stay hotel it has a full sized refrigerator, microwave and range top in the room and also has laundry onsite. The price is beyond reasonable. I've stayed here 3 times on different days of the week and still haven't played more than 60 dollars for a night. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things. I have more business in Fargo coming up and I'll be staying here for all of it.

  Overall Good Hotel

  This hotel was a very nice hotel for the price. You definitely could tell it was fairly new. It was very clean, and I liked not having carpet in the room, as sometimes the carpet in a hotel room feels nasty. With that said, the rooms are lacking some amenities. First being there was a kitchenette, but no dishes for those who wanted to cook. Also there was no coffee maker in the rooms. Second, the bed was hard and could have used more pillows. The room was very warm. We even turned down the furnace as low as it could go, and eventually turned on the AC in the middle of February. Lastly, there were no hand towels in the bathroom. We had two shower towels and two wash cloths, but no hand towels.

  Very clean

  Very modern looking, very clean and I thought very quiet. I was there m-th so not during busy time. Not really many complaints, but would have been nice to have bottled water available as well as the coffee. Absolutely NO amenities and you have to furnish everything, which adds to packing more in to the room. I asked about a toaster and they had none available. I was told they had a few dishes, but you had to ask and they didn't know what was available. Staff was friendly and all was good. Rate was great, but be prepared to pack for this hotel, especially if you plan on cooking. My suggestion to hotel is have a tote with cooking and eating utensils, etc annd have people check them in and out. I had this in a hotel I stayed in and it worked great! All in all a nice place to stay and good location.

  Clean and good price

  We stayed here for one night and it was perfectly fine. We appreciated how clean it was and comfortable. The shampoo was very good, I have longer and thicker hair and I tend to notice these things more than others. The price was right and we would recommend it.

  NOT pet friendly without paying

  My family stayed here because when I booked online it said Pet Friendly more than once (without stipulations included). We came with our small dog only to find out that it is $50 per night for a pet!!!! My dog sleeps on her own blanket, has NO accidents and is by far neater/cleaner than our two boys!! I was told that if she is a service dog, I wouldnt be charged the extra cleaning fee?!?! So service dogs are exempt to the supposed extra work the maids have to do to clean? Makes no sense. I would be willing to pay a refundable deposit for a pet, but not the $50 charge for absolutely NOTHING extra on the hotels part! Also, it is like Fort Knox getting in & out of the tiny lobby area... keys needed at every 5 feet of doors!! Wont be staying here again!
