  Very Friendly!!

  My wife and I spent a lovely week at this resort. We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly everybody was. Every employee, no mater what they were doing, gave a friendly greeting, gardener, maid or clerk it didn't matter. We had a two bedroom unit. It was in great shape and as clean as could be. We had no problems at all. The grounds were beautiful kept and well landscaped.

  Short Stay Getaway

  Great location. Units dated, but clean. Could use better AC. TV limited and outdated. Good parking, close to unit and undercover a plus. Restaurants and golf closeby a plus. All in all, would stay here again.

  Stay Away from this place!!

  Based on some of the other reviews, I decided to stay at WorldMark Rancho Vistoso for a weeklong holiday over New Years. What a mistake! On arrival, we were shown a unit that had a terrible odor, kind of a combination of stale smoke, mold, and strong air freshener. After only a few minutes inside, I had a very bad asthma attack. On returning to the front desk, I was told that there were no other units available, and that they were not responsible for the condition of the units, as we had rented from a "third party". One of the people at the reception area actually laughed, and said "that's why they charge in advance". After trying to "air" the place out for a while, it became evident that whatever was causing the allergic reaction wouldn't go away. As they could not provide another unit, I asked for a refund, and was told that that was between me and whoever I rented from. My credit card receipt says "Worldmark Rancho Vistoso", so I suppose that was a lie too. We ended up having to drive around the area to find a motel with rooms available at the last minute, and paying a lot for smaller (but clean and mold-free) rooms. Do yourself a favor, don't ruin your vacation by trying to stay here!!

  Home away from Home

  My home away from home. I travel to Tucson often and could not love this place more. The rooms are perfect for a traveler who wants to relax and feel at home. They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location is great....beautiful mountain views in the Oro Valley. Most importantly, the staff is spectacular, especially Patrick at the front desk. He offers incredible customer service, including great recommendations for meals and activities. He is a true asset to Worldmark. Great place!

  Wonderful Condo!

  The two bedroom condo we stayed at was roomy with very comfortable furniture and a wonderful bed. We had a large balcony to relax on with a beautiful view of the mountains. Tucson in the winter is a wonderful place to be.
