  Great time

  Condo was spotless, had everything one would need for a vacation. There are walking paths, golf course, ice skating, indoor pool and gym. We loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub. There are deer on the property and a abundance of beautiful birds and wildlife to observe and enjoy. Beds could've been softer but that's just my preference. Great stay and property!!!!

  Great base for exploring the Southern Oregon

  The staff at the Running Y were very helpful in helping us find places to eat, kayak and hike. They listened to what we were looking for and provided great insight. Really great team working at the resort!

  Peaceful Resort

  This small town resort was a peaceful get away from the past, pace life of Seattle. It was a gorgeous resort, relaxing resort near Crater Lake. However, limited restaurants on site. Be prepared to drive into Klamath Falls or Medford for some meals. (Both close towns for a variety of restaurants.) Kids enjoyed golf,swimming and outdoor play structures. Gorgeous walking trails near the golf course. We really appreciated the management. A situation occured in where our reservations were accidentally cancelled. (By the reservations phone side.) The managers immediately went to work alleviating the stressful lodging situation. Kristen and Tinaka went beyond the call of duty. They took full responsibility. Despite it being sold out, they were able to make it work. A few early check outs made it possible. We only had to move one night. Forever grateful to these exceptional managers! Highly recommend it if you need a relaxing get away!! In fact, we are returning this summer for the 4th of July!

  Peaceful. That is all I can say.

  This review is of WorldMark Running Y NOT Y Ranch Resort. We've stayed at both. This is our second stay at the WorldMark Running Y in less than one month. Staying here provides a peaceful getaway our family needs since our home has turned into an office and school classrooms to a second grader and fourth grader. Both times we've stayed in a two bedroom condo. The photos that the website shows are very accurate. With the washer and dryer, towels, and toiletries provided, you can literally bring yourself and a change of clothes and do just fine here. If you prefer to cook your food, the kitchen utensils provided are excellent. I prefer to cook when possible for my kids, so we either bring food or upon arrival, pick up a few things at Fred Meyers. Currently the pool was not open due to COVID however, it is now. We opted not to swim this time as we are planning to visit family offsite this time. Wifi is not free at here and the stove is electric. Both are not deal breakers as I feel I am getting a lot of value with staying here. One situation I want to acknowledge is during our previous stay the heating did not work. We called the staff and they immediately were on it! The grounds crew brought floor heaters which worked perfectly while we waiting for a repair person to arrive. We appreciated all there effort. Needless to say, this is our favorite staycation and plan to return frequently. I highly recommend this place. One more thing: If you like Indian cuisine, the on-site restaurant named Real Taste of India is fantabulous!

  So much nicer than I even thought it would be!!

  We were very impressed by the condo we had at the WorldMark Running Y Ranch! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We were able to drive into Klamath Falls easily, and husband golfed twice at the Arnold Palmer golf course which he loved and said it was in excellent condition. The only minor drawback were those little midges, tiny little insects that don't bite at all, which were everywhere outside our doors and windows. We had to be careful to keep the door closed except when quickly exiting and entering!! We heard they hatch like crazy from the lake every summer, and because they are harmless, nothing to do about them! I noticed big piles of them, however, in corners of the outside stairs where they'd blown because their life span is only a few days long! I'd go back to this WorldMark again as we really enjoyed the time here.
