  Muy lindo lugar para hospedarse

  Nos recibieron con collar de caracoles y lei de flores, un lindísimo detalle por parte del resort que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. El departamento que nos asignaron era de dos habitaciones en suite, cama comoda, cocina muy completa, lavadora y secadora de ropa y un balcon con mesa y sillas ideales para disfrutar de los jardines. La limpieza excelente y muy buen wifi, con buena cobertura en las dos piletas con la que cuenta el complejo. El personal fué muy amable en todo momento. Volvería sin dudarlo.

  Second time round

  We booked a couple of weeks at this resort and we are very happy that we were allowed to stay in the same room for the duration of our stay. They closed the pools and hot tubs during the second week and it would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was because of the pandemic and not for maintenance as stated on the sign. We mentioned that the fridge was leaking water internally, but it was not fixed.

  Facilities were great, services not so much

  We really enjoyed our stay and were able to see many great sites. One thing to remember about this part of Kauai is that in the winter it's going to be raining a fair amount. More than southern parts of Kauai. I had some really issues with the on staff who handle the trips. Due to high winds the next day I cancelled a sunset trip with the staff within their parameters needed to cancel. the credit never did show up and now I'm stuck with $146 bill and I'm getting no responce from Club Whyndam. You're on your own in regards to issues with their vendors they use.

  Wonderful February 2020 vacation

  We spent a fabulous week at the Bali Hai Villas. We are especially grateful as it happen just 30 days prior to most of the US COVID shutdowns and has been our only vacation for 2020. Kauai is such a great island. Be prepared for adventure as well as the beautiful beaches Hawaii is known for. We literally drove from one end to the other. As it was rainy a couple of days, we used that time to plan for outings. We highly recommend the Rainbow Kayak Tours where we hiked to Secret Falls, also known as Uluwehi Falls, and had lunch. Be prepared for mud (no flip flops!). I was up to my ankles in it a time or two. We also did Kipu Ranch Adventure on ATVs. Really great guides and beautiful views throughout the historic ranch. Wyndham Bali Hai is close to a small shopping center so we were able to make breakfast most days and with the fully stocked kitchen in our unit, even had a couple of quiet nights in. As an aside, the weather on the island while we were there, particularly in Princeville/Hanalei, was farily cloudy and in the 70's most day with rain overnight. I am not sure if this is typical mid-February weather or not, but we didn't let it stop us from enjoying all Kauai has to offer. I can't wait for our next trip!

  Lovely Stay!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Bali Hai Villas. The unit was well appointed, very spacious and nicely decorated. Bali Hai is in a great location, scenic walks, nearby restaurants and beaches. We will definitely come back!
